THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE YOU!• Black Diamond Vacation Rentals manages deluxe, upper-end properties and specifically tailors

marketing to this type of vacationer.• We have an excellent national and international marketing and advertising network that will

showcase each property to the world, helping us to maximize occupancy levels for a greater return.• We maintain a small rental pool so we can provide the quality, personalized service that our

property owners deserve.• We assign the same housekeeping and maintenance staff to the same properties so they will know

the inventory of the properties they are responsible for. This will allow them to give detailed attention to the properties systems, appearance and furnishings (ie hot tubs, cleanliness, etc).

• WECOMMUNICATEWITHTHEOWNERS. As a client of Black Diamond Vacation Rentals we will provide you consistent, regular communication with updates about the occupancy status and the condition of the property.

• Our web page, rentbigsky.com, will have a private owner entrance that will allow them to check current bookings and recent maintenance issues for their property.

GUEST SERVICES• Guests that check in at our strategically located office will be accompanied to their rental

property. This prevents the guests from getting lost and allows us to provide a walk through of the subject property showing the guest its unique qualities and explaining how things work (hot tub, TV, electronics, fireplace, etc.).

• We offer concierge services with regard to local area services. The guests will be responsible for booking their own services such as airport shuttle, rental car, dinner reservations, ski tickets, etc..

• We will provide a menu of local area services, amenities and entertainment. Our insight will allow guests to feel confident about planning and booking their own services such as airport shuttle, rental car, dinner reservations, ski tickets, Yellowstone National Park tours etc.
