Pisgah’s Navy Junior Reserve Officers Corps assists students in grades 9th-12th in developing a high degree of self motivation, individual discipline, and leadership. We teach “skills for life” in order to compete in today’s competitive society. Our program promotes patriotism, however the majority of our students do not join the military. We stress college and trade schools ! We are not recruiters for the military and there are no obligations to the military. UNIFORMS ARE FREE. OK to be in other Sports, Band, etc: Pisgah’s unit has received the state award of Distinguished Unit 17 times consecutively.
