Player Development Program

• 1st season of the program – learning mode• Each team allotted $120 – 35% usage rate• Coordinated by Directors of Coaching / Player

Development• Included BKRA goalies Stephanie Abraham,

Alyssa Shaw and Megan Brock• Engagement increased throughout the season• Next year will formally launch at

coaches meeting

BylawAmendments

• Rename Player Development to Technical Director (5.2.10)

• Add U8 Coordinator as official exec position (5.2; Article 8)

• Only allow for interim appointments when execs leave before mandate finishes (9.3)

• Change the mandate from one to two years, with overlapping mandates (6.2)

• Give signing authority to the secretary (an officer position) in addition to President, VP and Treasurer (8.3)
