USER GUIDE FOR BIZCHANNEL@CIMB SECUREWORD

Overview

SecureWord is an additional security layer that verifies the authenticity of BizChannel@CIMB login page. Once

implemented on 21 November 2015, there will be changes to the login screen and you will be prompted to perform a

one-time setup for the SecureWord upon login.

This guide serves to provide simple on-screen instructions on how to set up SecureWord.

Setting Up SecureWord

Step 1: Enter Company ID and User ID and click Continue

Step 2: Enter User Password and click Continue

Step 3: Enter SecureWord and click Submit

You will be re-directed to the login page upon successful set up of SecureWord

Step 4: Enter Company ID and User ID and click Continue

Step 5: Verify SecureWord before entering User Password and click Continue
