7. Power Supply (for lighting & equipment)
1) Installation
Installation of main trunk in booth and power supply for lighting, switch, outlet and illumination. Exhibitor must apply to BIXPO 2018 Secretariat separately for power use other than lighting.
2) Power specifications and notes
- Power supply inside exhibition hall consists of electricity over single-phase 220V. And three
phase 220V. For those who need three phase 220V, please submit additional application.
Also, exhibitor who use 110V, exhibitors need to prepare AVR or electric transformer
separately.
- Exhibitors must apply for enough electricity by considering total lighting and electric power
usages. Additional application of capacity of electricity is required in case of shortage of
capacity of electricity during preparation period.
- In case of any damage including outbreak of fire in exhibition hall due to overload, the
exhibitor should compensate Secretariat, KDJ convention center and neighboring exhibitors.
- Please submit [Form 3] for ordering electrical power for lighting and equipment and
if you need additional order, please contact to BIXPO 2018 secretariat until October 17 (Wed.)
- The power supply will be supplied after completing inspection of the power supply is fully
connected to the exhibition equipment and the safety inspection of the organizer, exhibition
hall and contractor is completed. (Scheduled on October 30, 4p.m.)
- In case of emergency, power supply can be shut down by the Secretariat
- The booth electricity supply is automatically turned off after 30 minutes after the exhibition
time.
- If you need electricity for 24 hours, please apply separately.
8. Internet Access
If you need to use the internet continuously, exhibitor have to apply for an internet connection in
advance. You can apply through the attached word file [Form 3. Additional Facility Application].
Please prepare a PC with a LAN card for using internet. (50,000 won per line, VAT is not included).
9. Furnishings and Accessories
Furnishings and accessories are available to apply via BIXPO 2018 website with below the link.
Please apply it until October 17(Wed.)

10. Waste Disposal
1) The exhibition area must be cleared of all exhibits / stands / materials (wood, vinyl, air packs,
and construction wastes) by the exhibitor after the set-up and dismantling. Also KDJ center
unauthorized speculation or neglect to waste disposal facilities or other places.
2) If exhibitors fail to clear up the area after the dismantling, the official waste disposing service
provider will charge the exhibitors the cost of entire cleaning service. Thus, we encourage
exhibitors to negotiate with the booth installation service providers prior to the set up in case of
following installation
• Exhibition materials and supporting materials carried into the exhibition ground
• Materials brought in by the exhibitor to be installed in the basic assembled booth
• Packing materials (paper, vinyl, bubble wraps, wood)
11. Noise Control
During the exhibition hours, loud noise caused by promotion events may cause hindrance. The
sound should be held at a low level and the Secretariat reserve the right to determine at what
point sound constitutes interference with others and if it must be discontinued
• If the noise level is above 85db measured by device
• If neighboring exhibitors complain about the noise
• Exhibitor who held an event or using exhibition hall path.
12. Other Notes
1) Congestion
Exhibitors must not participate in any activities that cause congestion at the exhibition hall, nor
should they interfere with the booths nearby.
2) PR Activities
All promotional activities should be carried out within the designated area within the exhibition
hall. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging the passage around the exhibition area in order to
avoid congestion caused by public relations activities. Exhibitors must not promote or attract
exhibits, conferences, exhibits or other marketing or promotional activities outside the exhibition
area without prior written approval of BIXPO 2018 Secretariat.
3) Promotion goods
Samples and souvenirs can only be distributed by exhibitors within the allocated booth.
However, companies that have acquired exclusive rights to distribute them at the BIXPO 2018
Secretariat can distribute them at the places designated by the organizer.
4) Recruitment of employees
During the exhibition, exhibitors are required to obtain prior approval from the BIXPO 2018
Secretariat in order to bring exhibits, sign boards and booklets related to the employment
advertisement to the exhibition area.
5) Odor
Do not use instruments that smell.
6) Special exhibition
Exhibitors must not hold individual exhibitions before or after the exhibition period without the
approval of the BIXPO 2018 Secretariat.
7) Exhibition time
The exhibition period, installation and demolition time is regulated by the BIXPO 2018
Secretariat, and booths can only be demolished after the official closure.
8) Sales
Exhibitors can’t trade goods and cash in the exhibition hall. However, shipping can be done
after receiving the order within the exhibition period. Exhibitors are obliged to be aware of
safety and sanitation rules. Advertising and sales not authorized by the BIXPO 2018 Secretariat
which are not permitted.
