BOOKING INFORMATION The Registered Club Act requires that any person holding a function within a registered club must be a member. If you are not a member of the Birrong Sports Club you are required to join prior to the date of your function.

Room Hire* - $350 (max 60 guests seated)

- available Saturday & Sunday lunch only strictly between 11.30am-4.00pm

- this fee should be paid directly to Birrong Sports once a deposit has been made to The Italian Bistro

Space Hire* - without drink waiter $175 or with drink waiter $250 (max 40 guests)

- available Friday, Saturday & Sunday dinner only from 5.30pm

- this fee should be paid directly to Birrong Sports once a deposit has been paid to The Italian Bistro

Terms & Conditions • One week prior to your event The Italian Bistro must receive confirmation on chosen menu, final

number of guests and floor plan or any additional extras such as entertainment, flowers, balloons etc

•  No refunds will be given for deposits

•  All guests must be correctly signed in

• The member is responsible for the action of their guests

• Please consider neighbours / noise levels upon departure

• The Club practices Responsible Service of Alcohol. Any person showing signs of intoxication will be refused service and must leave the premises immediately upon refusal

• On Saturday nights trading ceases at 12.00am

• The Club respectfully suggests your guests consider transport options prior to the night (i.e. booking taxis for departure before arriving)

• All guests must abide by management’s decision

• The Club has a ZERO Tolerance Policy on Underage drinking and Violent
