The PHD Cathedral Choir is packed with talented individuals. Kevin Cummings, the choir’s Minister of Music, produced and composed all but four tracks on the album. All lead vocals were led by Cathedral choir members, and Bishop W.L. Washing-ton served as the Executive Producer on this project. To increase efficiency, they even handled all graphic design, marketing, and promotion for their album. All of their hard work is starting to pay off as the PHD Cathedral Choir continues to increase their popularity with gospel music fans all over the country. They have already embarked on a Statewide Tour throughout NC, andand will begin their National Tour in the Spring of 2009. The tour will include stops in NY, Washington, DC, and Philadelphia. The Power House of Deliverance (PHD) Cathedral Choir is a torchbearer for music ministries everywhere. This 40 member choir consists of young adults and seasoned saints blended together to create the perfect mix of wisdom and creativity that unites them together with one purpose in mind, “the winning of souls and maintaining of the same in the Kingdom of God that is with man, as they await their entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven.” Birthed out of the Power House of Deliverance Garden Cathedral in Greensboro, NC, they operate under the same anointing and power that rest on their Senior Pastor, Bishop W. L.L. Washington. Over 15 years they have remained consistent in their ability to minister through song. Under the tutelage of Min. Kevin Cummings, the PHD Cathedral Choir has become one of the most sought after choirs in the Triad. Washington & the Power House of Deliverance Cathedral Choir is set to re-lease their debut project, “The Christ Factor.” This long awaited project will be available for purchase on August 8, 2008. Bishop W. L. Washington, Presiding Prelate of the Power House of Deliverance Churches International and Senior Pastor of the Power House of Deliverance Garden Cathedral in Greensboro, NC, is a 21st Century Father of the Gospel. He has a re-markable ministry that stretches back over 40 years. Bishop Washington is best known for his dynamic and power-packed messages that have been heard all over the world.
