Birthday Party Conditions and Policies

Conditions § Wonders of Wildlife birthday parties are available for children ages 4 to 16. § Children’s behavior is the responsibility of the adults with the party. We reserve the right to stop a program due to

unacceptable behavior by any member of the party. § Guests must stay within the education facility as not to disturb banquet guests. § Cake, ice cream, and drinks are the only food items that can be brought into the education facility. § Pizza may be purchased through Wonders of Wildlife for an additional fee. Please see above for more details. § For safety, there is a maximum number of 20 people allowed in each classroom. Space is not guaranteed for any

additional people that accompany your party. § Organizers, you will only be allowed into your party room for the times listed on your confirmation. If you would like

to have time to set up decorations, please take that into consideration when telling your guests what time to arrive. § Piñatas and confetti are not allowed. § Renter is responsible for any damage to facility beyond normal wear and tear that they or their guests cause during

event. § Wonders of Wildlife birthday party packages currently do not include entry into the museum or aquarium. Tickets

may be purchased in addition to your party package. Please see above for more information. § Birthday parties will be scheduled at the availability of the education department team. Dates and times may vary.

Payment Policies § All proceeds from Birthday parties go toward the education department at Wonders of Wildlife. § The balance of your party plus any pizza ordered is due at the time of booking: $200 for the standard package, $300

for the hands-on package. Please see the fee chart above for pizza pricing. § If you would like to add WOW admission for your guests, you may purchase tickets in advance or on the day of the

party. Please see ticket pricing above.

Cancellation Policy § To cancel a program(s), please call the Education department at 417-225-1162. § Cancellations made with two weeks or more notice will be refunded their balance minus a $100 fee. § There will be no refunds for cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice. § In cases of snow and ice, the program(s) will be rescheduled for a later date, or a full refund for the cost of the

program will be granted.

Please return a signed copy of these conditions and policies at the time of deposit to Wonders of Wildlife. By
