Food and DrinksFood and drinks will be provided by the park. Food and drink • options are offered with the birthday party packages.You are welcome to bring a birthday cake and a food tray • (fruit, vegetable, or sandwich). No other outside food and/or beverages are permitted.

PaymentFull payment is required to secure a date. We accept cash, • check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.Credit Card payment may be done by phone.• All reservation sales are final.•

How do the unlimited ride bands work?The unlimited ride bands are good for any child or adult party guest over 36 inches (the height at which children can begin to enjoy some rides alone). Band must be securely attached to the wrist. These bands are good for the full day! After the party is over you are welcome to continue enjoying the rides until we close for that day.

Will I need to stand by the entrance to greet my guests?You can remain at your party location without any worries. We have attendants at every entrance who are given a daily list of parties. They will direct your guests to your location.

Do Storyland and Carousel Gardens connect to one another?Yes. There is an opening near the Fun Slide in Carousel Gardens that leads into Storyland. Admission to either location grants access to both Storyland and Carousel Gardens.

What if I need extra tables or chairs?You are welcome to bring extra tables and/or chairs for your party location as long as they are picked up within 30 minutes following the party.

What food can I bring?New Orleans City Park includes the cost of food and drinks (water & lemonade) in the party packages. No other outside food and drinks are allowed with the exception of a Birthday Cake and a food tray (fruit, vegetable, or sandwich).

Can I come early to decorate?Yes. You can come a ½ hour before your party to setup and/or decorate and stay a ½ hour after your party to clean.

Can we play both courses at City Putt?Yes, you can play both courses for an extra $100 fee. (For up to 25 people.) What if we have more than 25 guests at the party who want to play golf?Anyone over the 25 person total can be added at $5 per person, regardless of their age.”(This does not include food.)
