Florida’s Leader in COVID-19 Coronavirus Cleanup Government • Commercial

Coronavirus (COVID-19) can survive on surfaces for up to three weeks, and those infected by the virus may be asymptomatic for approximately two weeks following infection, which has caused difficulties in tracking and containing the spread of the virus. As Florida’s leading Disaster Restoration and Biohazard Cleanup company, United Restoration is both EPA-certified and licensed with the Florida Department of Health.

State and local governments, universities, hospitals, and hotels throughout Florida have selected to partner with United Restoration to perform COVID-19 sanitization based on our industry-leading expertise. By having a partner like United Restoration on your side, you will have 24/7 access to the industry leader in COVID-19 sanitization. Trust United Restoration to be your partner in fighting this crisis.

United Restoration adheres to all OSHA regulations, is certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification) and strictly follows the most state-of-the-art procedures when it comes to disease and virus disinfection. Coronavirus (COVID-19) is still novel, so our Biohazard Response Team continually consults with the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) for up-to-date solutions. United Restoration only utilizes CDC approved and EPA registered disinfectants, and all of United Restoration’s Biohazard Responders wear fully encapsulated PPE at all times.

With a focus on government, healthcare, and hospitality clients, United Restoration is one of the only companies in Florida that is uniquely prepared with the resources necessary, and a highly trained in-house Biohazard Response Team large enough, to service large-scale projects. Our past remediation project sizes range from 750,000 square foot office towers, to 25-story buildings, as well as hospitals and entire surgical centers that have required services to be performed quickly enough to return to normal business operations––all without compromising on the quality or effectiveness of service.

As a government contractor, all of United Restoration’s Biohazard Responders have passed Federal and State Background Checks with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

United Restoration’s approach to COVID-19 cleanup and sanitization includes cleaning, disinfecting, and properly disposing of all infected materials as biohazard waste, performing fogging and wipe down with CDC and EPA- registered chemicals to kill Human Coronavirus, adhering to stringent coronavirus demobilization process for all equipment, trucks, and waste storage areas, and as always — preserving the confidentiality of all of our clients and projects.

We look forward to becoming your trusted partner in coronavirus cleanup and sanitization.

United Restoration’s 4 Step Process

RESPOND: United Restoration will respond by organizing the Emergency Biohazard Response Team and begin collecting preliminary information regarding the project. This stage will include opening a project file so that our team can properly document and upload information to United Restoration’s cloud once we arrive to the affected location. Additionally, United Restoration will obtain the preliminary information in order to deploy the resources needed to begin remediation in a timely manner.

ASSESS: Upon arriving to the scene, the Field Supervisor will work with you in order to assess the site. At this stage, the Field Supervisor will assess any and all safety concerns and begin mitigation protocols to minimize further spread or cross-contamination.

SANITIZE: United Restoration’s Emergency Biohazard Response Team will begin the sanitization process depending on the service tier selected. Services will either include ULV fogging and/or a hospital grade forensic wipe down of all high touchpoint surfaces with a virucide that is EPA-registered to kill human coronavirus. Because fogging disinfects and kills human coronavirus both on surfaces and in the air, the area will have to remain uninhabited during the disinfection process. Our forensic wipe down entails hand cleaning all surfaces and furniture (drawers, door handles, furniture, machinery, etc.). ALL COVID-19 SANITIZATION SERVICES ARE EXECUTED PURSUANT TO CDC GUIDELINES.

DRYING: Once United Restoration has performed the disinfection the site should be left uninhabited for 2 hours to allow for proper drying. At this point, it will be safe for humans and pets to return to the property.
