Faisal Bin Juma Belhoul

Faisal is currently the Chairman of Amanat Holdings PJSC (“Amanat”)which is the largest healthcare and education company listed on theDubai Financial Market. He was also the Chairman of Amanat’s foundingcommittee.

In 2005, Faisal was the founder of Ithmar Capital which is a leading GCCprivate Equity firm which managed and invested over US $1 billion. Hewas also Chairman of the Board for a number of business groups andassociations, including the UAE Private Hospitals Council, the UAE PrivateSchool Council, the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Equipment BusinessGroup of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) and hasserved previously as a Board Member of a FTSE 250 healthcare companylisted on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

He is currently a Board member of the DCCI by decree from the Ruler ofDubai as well as being a member of the Young Presidents Organization(YPO). In addition, he has board representation on several regional andinternational private companies. In 2007, Faisal was recognized as one ofthe top 100 Executives in the Gulf region.

Educated in the USA, where he studied Manufacturing Engineering inBoston University.

Sheikh Abdulla Bin Khalifa Al Khalifa

Sheikh Abdulla is a Bahraini national. He is the Chief Executive Officer forSIO Assets Management Company B.S.C.(c). Prior to joining SIO in 2006,he was the Head of Wealth Management at Standard Chartered Bank forBahrain.

He started his career in 2001 at Arab Banking Corporation in Bahrain,where he rose to the position of Senior Relationship Manager.

He is Chairman of Seef Properties as well as SICO; and a Board Memberof BBK, BFC Holdings Limited and Bahrain International Golf Course.

Sheikh Abdulla was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in BusinessAdministration from the George Washington University, Washington DC,USA. He has also attended various professional courses.

Sheikh Mansoor Bin Mohamed Bin Butti Al Hamid

Sheikh Mansoor is the Head of Strategic Relations and New BusinessDevelopment at Mubadala Petroleum, a wholly-owned subsidiary ofMubadala Development Company.

Sheikh Mansoor is well connected in the business world in the GCC due tohis position as a member of the board of the United Al Saqer Group, ahighly diversified family business based in the UAE.The United Al SaqerGroup’s businesses include dealerships for BMW, Rolls Royce, Iveco,Tadano, Kawasaki, Mitsubishi, New Holland, TATA Daewoo, BEML andproperty management, construction and others

Dr. Abdulmajeed Saif Alkajeh

Dr. Abdulmajeed Alkajeh is a UAE national. He is the Associate Dean forResearch and Post-Graduate Studies and Assistant Professor ofMicrobiology at United Arab Emirates University. Previously, he served asDean of Student Affairs and Assistant Professor at the AmericanUniversity in Sharjah.

He has extensive experience in teaching, along with widespreadexperience in many areas of microbiological research.

He is Chairman of Al Khaja Group, a group of companies providing healthcare services to the private sector in Sharjah. This has resulted in Dr.Abdulmajeed specialising in the field of bacteria and infectious diseaseresearch and, in addition to the publication of a book, he has contributedto numerous medical and scientific publications.

Dr. Abdulmajeed holds a Bachelor of Science from the University ofArizona, US, and a Ph.D. in Medical Science of Bacteria from theUniversity of Glasgow, UK.

Khalfan Bin Juma Belhoul

Khalfan Belhoul is a UAE national. Khalfan is Vice President – Strategy atDubai Holding, where he is responsible for formulating Dubai Holding’sstrategic direction. He plays a significant role in the Mall of the Worldproject.

Before joining Dubai Holding, he founded the Belhoul Investment Office,responsible for rolling-out a sophisticated asset allocation strategyspanning private equity, alternative investments, real estate andconventional assets.

He spearheaded the development of long-term relationships with globalinvestment managers. Prior to the establishment of Belhoul InvestmentOffice, he played a key role in restructuring the Belhoul Group along withbuilding a comprehensive IT platform for the Group.

Khalfan holds an MSc in Electronic Commerce and a BSc in Finance andManagement Information Systems, both from Boston University, USA.

Dr. Kassem Alom Zarzur

Dr. Kassem founded the Al Noor Hospitals Group in 1985, havingpreviously run his private internal medicine and gastroenterology clinic,which he started upon his arrival in Abu Dhabi in 1978. Over time, AlNoor grew to become the premier and largest private healthcare providerin the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

In June 2013, Al Noor was listed on the premium segment of the LondonStock Exchange and was included in the FTSE 250 shortly thereafter.

Having successfully transitioned the company from a family business to acorporation, Dr. Kassem stepped down as CEO after 29 years to becomethe Deputy Chairman of the company in October 2014.In February 2016,Al Noor completed a reverse merger with Mediclinic International tocreate a FTSE 100 company and the third largest hospital group in theworld outside of the US. He is now the Chairman of his newly establishedsingle family office, based in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Kassem currently sits on the UAE Ministry of Health Council.Previously, he was a Board Member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber ofCommerce where he also chaired the health sector committee.

Dr. Kassem holds a MBBS from the University of Seville and specialized ininternal medicine and gastroenterology at the University of Madrid.Additionally, he is a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine in London.

Adel Lotfy

Adel Lotfy gained his thirty plus experience years in the banking sector.He occupied different positions including the Corporate Secretary of“National Bank of Abu Dhabi” (NBAD), Secretary to the Risk ManagementCommittee and also served as Senior Marketing & Credit Officer in thecity of London.

He is founder and managing partner of “Emirates CoreNiche Consultancy”(ECNC) a strategic business development consulting firm based in UAEand delivering Corporate Governance to Financial Institutions, Banks,Governments and Leading Corporation in the UAE, “GCC” and MENAregion.

On top of his experience, Lotfy is a certified Corporate Governancespecialist from Institute of International Research (IIR), and has been aregular speaker in the topic of Corporate Secretary roles with MarcusEvans, the well-known educational research organization.

Adel Lotfy holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with aspecialization in Foreign Trade. He is founder and member of EgyptianBusiness Board in Abu Dhabi and member of Canadian Business Council,and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr. Lotfy is a non-executive board member in a joint venture that isbuilding and operating solar farms for a project worth US$5 billion inorder to produce 3000MW of electricity in Egypt.

Hamad Abdulla Al Shamsi

Hamad Abdulla Al Shamsi has a wealth of experience that spans over twodecades, having run several businesses across multiple disciplines;including financial services and investments.

Dr. Nadia Bastaki

Dr. Nadia Bastaki is the Vice President of medical services at EtihadAirways , she is the first UAE female qualified as an Aviation medicineSpecialist in the UAE she completed post graduate education in aviationmedicine from kings collage London in 2009 she is member of the royalcollage of physician U.K., she also holds a post graduate master degree inoccupational medicine from Manchester university 2015, she hascompleted a Executive leadership training by Harvard international, alsohas completed Etihad leadership program by New York university in 2016,she was one of few women selected by UAE women establishmentamongst more than 100 application to attended a leadership in innovationcourse by HULT university UK 2017, Dr Nadia successfully completeddirectorship program from Mudrara IOD UAE.

Dr. Nadia has received many awards and recognition for contribution inaviation field, she received the aviation role model award in 2010,contribution to aviation field and best performance and many otherappreciation certificates from the GCAA She was also awarded executiveof the year by the CEO at Etihad in 2015 knowing she is youngest femaleVP at Etihad , she was also listed as top 10 executives in Abu Dhabi bysheikh khalifa awards , she also awarded by the ministry of health forinnovation of being the first female in aviation role 2016.

Fatima Obaid Al Jaber

Fatima Al Jaber is a prominent leader in the GCC area constructionindustry and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the AlJaber Group and former Group Chief Operating Officer for the years(2007 – 2014). Prior to this Fatima worked with the Abu DhabiGovernment in various technical and managerial positions, including herpivotal role as Assistant Undersecretary for Projects & Technical Servicesat Abu Dhabi Public Works Department and later at Abu DhabiMunicipality.

She graduated from the United Arab Emirates University with a Bachelorof Engineering (Architectural Engineering).

In 2010, Fatima became the first Emirati woman to be elected to theBoard of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry(2010-2014). Fatima was a founding member and the Chairperson of theAbu Dhabi Businesswomen’s Council (2010 -2014) and was elected as theChairperson of the United Arab Emirates Businesswomen’s Council for theterm (2011 to 2014). She has been twice acknowledged by Forbes Arabiaas an Arab career woman of note. Most recently she has been ranked #4by Forbes Middle East 100 Most Powerful Arab Businesswomen 2016.

Concerned with how women operate in the economic fields, Fatimafounded Al Bashayer Investment Company, as a wealth managementservice provider for female investors and acts as the chairman of thiscompany.

Abdur-Raheem Mungrue

Abdur-Raheem Mungrue is currently employed within the assetmanagement arm of Royal Group UAE, as the Company's RiskManagement Manager. Abdur-Raheem is a senior executive withextensive experience in financial services and strategy developmentacross various industries and geographies. He has over 17 years ofprofessional experience in investments, mergers and acquisitions,treasury, corporate finance and risk management. Furthermore, Abdurhas a deep understanding of private equity and alternative investments.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of InternationalHolding Company, a publicly listed Company on the Abu Stock Exchange.He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager(FRM) charter holder with an undergraduate degree in Finance from theUnited States and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.

Roberta Calarese

Roberta Calarese is the Chief Legal Officer of Majid Al Futtaim Properties,the leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the MiddleEast and North Africa. In her current role, Roberta is responsible for alllegal matters relating to MAF Properties including but not limited toadvising the Board of Directors and CEO on legal and reputational risks,contributing to the setting and implementation of strategy for Majid AlFuttaim Properties and driving the legal risks agenda.

Roberta joined Majid Al Futtaim in 2015 as Chief Legal Officer, Majid AlFuttaim Holding and quickly established her positon as a strong businesspartner and role model for the company's leadership attributes.

Prior to joining Majid Al Futtaim, Roberta was Chief Legal Officer andExecutive Committee Member at Dubai International Financial Centre(DIFC) Authority and where she was instrumental in the development ofthe DIFC legal and regulatory framework. During her twelve-year tenureat DIFC, Roberta held a number of other positions including SecretaryGeneral of the Board of Directors of DIFC Authority and DIFCInvestments, Chairwoman of the Legislative Committee, Data ProtectionCommissioner, and Director Policy and Legal Services of the DubaiFinancial Services Authority.

Roberta currently is member of the board of directors of the UAE TennisFederation and is a director of the board of Majid Al Futtaim Finance.

H.E. Hamad Rashed Nehail Al Nuaimi

H.E. Hamad Rashed, with a broad work experience of over 22 years, isthe Director of the Ruler’s Representative Office in Abu Dhabi (HisHighness Sheikh Saeed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Office). His Excellency isalso The Chairman of Associated Construction and Trading Group, whichpossesses around 50 companies under its umbrella. In addition to beingthe Chairman of Force 10 UAE LTD since 1994 and Chairman of RealEstate Investment and Services Co since 2005, H.E. is shareholder andChairman of Electronic Stock and Brokerage Company. He has beenholding many key positions such as Shareholder and Board Member ofReem Investments and Al Mal Capital.

H.E. Hamad Al Neaimi is currently a Board Member of various companiesthat include: Arab International Bank, International Capital Trading,National Investment Company, Transgulf Readymix, Union Pipes, DamanInvestment, Daman Securities, Buildan Company, Injaz Mena IvestmentCompany, Arady PSJC, Al Wahda Sports Club Company and Al WahdaSports Cultural Club.

Omran AlKhoori

Omran joined VPS Healthcare in 2015 and is responsible for buildingmarket presence by identifying potential opportunities, negotiating andclosing business relationships, and analysing industry research andtrends.

He previously held managerial positions with ADCO, responsible forbusiness development, customer services, and supply chains. He hasextensive experience of working with the government sector and in realestate investments.

Omran holds a BSc in Business Administration from Suffolk University,Boston. He is a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Purchasing andSupply, and has completed the institute's Advanced CompetencyProgramme.

Mohamed Thaaloob Al Derei

Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration from the UAE University,Mr. Mohamed Thaaloob is the Chairman of Al Qudra Holding Company,and Vice Chairman of Manazel Real Estate Company(PSC).

He is a Board Member of the Abu Dhabi Co-operative Society, and BoardMember of Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Company.

Mr. Thaaloob also has more than membership in sport, he was ex- BoardMember of Al Ain Sports and Cultural club and currently a member of thehonorary board of the club, as well as Chairman of UAE Judo & WrestlingFederation, and the Honorary President of the Arab Judo Federation.

Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil Parambath

A Post Graduate in Radiology from India, Dr. Shamsheer worked as aRadiologist at the Shiekh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi, before opting tostart his own business.

He set up his first hospital -LLl-1 Hospital, Electra Street in 2007. At theyoung age of 30, Dr. Shamsheer set out to establish a truly integrated,end-to-end, healthcare organization, delivering quality healthcare thatfulfills the needs of the community. In 2008, he set up his second hospital-LLH Hospital, Musaffah.

Given his business acumen and realizing the absence of a premier tertiarycare facility, Dr. Shamsheer set up the largest private tertiary carehospital in the UAE -Burjeel Hospital, Abu Dhabi. From just one hospitalin Abu Dhabi in 2007 to 19 operational hospitals in 2016; medical supportservices spread across the Middle East, Europe & India; and taking careof the healthcare needs of over quarter million workers.

The UAE government, Indian government, industry and trade associationsas well as the media, has recognized Dr. Shamsheer's contributions. Hewas awarded the GPF Global Humanitarian Award 2015 at the UnitedNations; Honorary Doctorate by the prestigious Aligarh Muslim Universityin 2014; Featured on the Cover Page of Forbes Middle East 'Top IndianLeaders in The Arab World 2014'; Featured on the Cover Page ofEntrepreneur Magazine 2015; 'Hamdan Bin Zayed Award forHumanitarian Aid 2014 & 2013'; Arab Health International LeadershipAward in 2012 and many other recognitions and awards followed.
