DILLINGER Chief Executive Officer Crossroads of Western Iowa Serving his sixth year as the executive leader of Crossroads of Western Iowa, Brent Dillinger is the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing governance, senior management and operations. Dillinger also serves as the President of the Crossroads of Western Iowa Foundation. A graduate of Bellevue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Dillinger was part of Leadership Council Bluffs Class of 2011, and Leadership Iowa Class of 2012. Dillinger serves on the City Council of Missouri Valley, Iowa, and is in his second term of office. He has a strong background in retail management at the district level, and prior to his career as CEO, Dillinger served approximately 8 years on the Board of Directors for Crossroads of Western Iowa. A resident of Missouri Valley for over 20 years, Brent and his wife, Elizabeth are Kansas natives. They have five children and have been very involved in the lives of those children through school, athletics, organizations and cheering them on along the way. The Dillinger family calls St. Patrick’s Catholic of Missouri Valley, their Church home. In Brent’s spare time, he enjoys golf and gardening. Dillinger has been recognized with several local awards and honors, including: Citizen of the Year – 2011 by the Missouri Valley Chamber of Commerce; Business of the Year – 2010 by the Missouri Valley Chamber, and Municipal Leadership Academy – 2009-10 graduate by the Iowa League of Cities. Dillinger exhibits his strong desire to serve the consumers and their families affiliated with Crossroads of Western Iowa, which is part of his passion to serve and advocate for individuals with disabilities throughout Iowa and the Midwest. “The Mission of Crossroads of Western Iowa is to empower individuals to actively seek out opportunities for an enhanced quality of life.”
