• Enforcement team:

– black bags stickered

– harder line after 2nd week

• Door knocking to educate residents

• EnviroWaste & Civic cleared bags

Celebrating Success

• By October only 2% of streets had at least one bag

• Positive media response

• Post rollout survey:

– 94% knew exactly what was changing

– 89% found the new service easy to use

– 83% were satisfied with the service (61% very satisfied)
