2. The age criteria for all the posts mentioned above shall be maximum 37 years for unreserved (Male) and 40 years for General Women, 40 years for Backward/Most Backward caste (Male/Female) and 42 years for schedule caste/tribe (Male/ Female) category.

3. Cut-off date for the calculation of age will be 01.03.2018.

General Instructions:

Appointment Condition: n

a. Upon appointment successful candidates shall have to sign a contractual agiee Bihar State Housing Board. Successful candidates will be initially appoint for a period of 3 Years, which may be extended on the basis of their ~m will be annual increment of 5% (each year) in the salary amount. At no stage should claim permanent employment with the Government.

i. If any false claim is submitted, candidature will be cancelled and legal action may be taken accordingly.

e. The date, venue and time of counselling shall be infonned to the shortlisted candidates by email/SMS and also be published on the website. A panel of candidates will be p~ which will consist of candidates four time in number for each post e.g. If the number of post is one, the panel will consist of four candidates. The aforesaid panel will remailfvalld for a maximum period of one year.
