Big Money Flowing into Illegal Immigration Invasion

OFFICIAL VOICE OF THE CONSTITUTION PARTY

On an ongoing basis your Constitution Party monitors and investigates the issues of concern to America —

people and policies — to gauge how our political action can best have an impact.

Radical left-wing billionaire financier George Soros funds an agenda that we fight on every front. For that, he is

often in the news. Soros has given more than $7 billion to a who’s who of left-wing groups. A partial list of

recipients of Soros’ generosity says it all: ACORN, National Council of La Raza, Southern Poverty Law Center,

People for the American Way, Planned Parenthood, and the National Organization for Women.

However, there are organizations and individuals running just below the headlines equally important to funding

an open borders policy. When discussing the background of the immigration crises, be sure to use these facts:

• The Tides Center, directed for years by ACORN founder and director Wade Rathke (2013 nets assets, $68.2

million), is committed to “support to resettle displaced Iraqi refugees” and to combat “inhumane immigration

policy…” among its 2013 activities.

• Recently, those who helped Bush raise at least $4 million in Chicago included John Rowe, the chairman of the

Illinois Business Coalition that supports citizenship for illegal immigrants. He donated $25,000 to Bush’s PAC and

said Bush “is the kind of candidate that a lot of Republican donors have been looking for — someone who can win

the general election and reach out beyond the party’s core supporters.”

• Established in 1954, the New World Foundation claims it wants to “build a progressive new majority for

America…” Board member Don Hazenis is the former publisher of Mother Jones; NWF president Colin Greer

joined the secretive Soros machine, Democracy Alliance, in 2014; Board member Sofia Campos, when a UCLA

undergraduate, taught that school’s first “Undocumented Student Experience” seminar and helped organize the

federal DREAM Act, and the Right to Dream campaigns. She serves as board chair of United We Dream, “the first

and largest network of undocumented immigrant youth.” (2013 NWF assets, $29 million)

• The Koch brothers, consistently portrayed as the chief funders of conservative candidate and causes, supports a

broad overhaul of the immigration system, including a path to citizenship. It waged a campaign in support of the

Senate’s 2013 immigration effort, including airing in excess of $1 million in television ads.

• Billionaire hedge fund manager Paul Singer, just like the the Koch brothers, is running a “conservative”

fundraising machine to back Republican politicians. News reports assert Singer’s American Opportunity Alliance

Thank you gifts aside, you should really consider this

question: why participate in the Howard Phillips

Legacy Society? Right now, there’s urgent reason …

THE 2016 ELECTION SEASON IS UPON US!

We must recruit candidates, train campaign staff,

develop party literature, organize new state affiliates,

and earn ballot access. 300 days is a very short

timeline in the world of politics.

Just read the newspaper headlines and see what the

elitist-controlled major parties are doing already.

To keep the Constitution Party in the battle, we need

more members of the Howard Phillips Legacy Society.

Will you step up to be a party leader by investing $12,

$20, or $30 a month?

You give a lot in time and resources to support the

Constitution Party, but your membership is key to our

strategic plans that are growing the party.

Whether you join the Howard Phillips Legacy Society

or give a generous one-time gift of $50, $75, or even

$25, our party has work to do, and it’s crucial that we

hear from you right away.

To join the Howard Phillips Legacy Society, click here.

Thank You for your Support!

The Howard Phillips Legacy Society Formed by a special circle of friends, the Howard

Phillips Legacy Society is named for the Constitution

Party’s founder. Donors who give regularly

underwrite projects designed to grow our party by

reaching out to constituencies such as those on the

front lines in the fight against illegal immigration,

abortion, and violations of the Bill of Rights, just to

name a few of the many issues facing Americans

today.

Bringing liberty activists into the voting booth to

support Constitution Party candidates requires ballot

access drives, promotional materials, and social

media outreach.

We are doing all that, but a reliable source of income

helps our party expand every activity.

When you join the Howard Phillips Society there are

several different ways to participate — starting at just

$12 and $20 — and at each level there are premiums

of appreciation for taking a special role in our

Constitution Party. Among the thank you gifts you’ll

receive are …

“The 5000 Year Leap: A Miracle That Changed the

World” by W. Cleon Skousen (the New York Times

calls him “the constitutional guru of the Tea Party

movement.”)

A one gram 999.9 pure silver ingot especially

created for the Constitution Party (a unique way of

showing you believe in a constitutional monetary

policy).

“The Bulletproof George Washington,” his account

of a 1755 battle during the French and Indian War

— a significant event of his early years. In this

book you’ll read his personal reminisces of the

battle and excerpts from his letters to his family

where Washington tells of God’s deliverance.

to the National Committee. One resolution and one

bylaw change passed.

The State Balance of Powers Act Resolution: “In

order to return the federal government to the people,

the States must take proper and necessary action to

provide adequate checks and balances which no longer

exist in practice at the federal level. In recognition that

the proper way to reject such federal abuses is to reject,

neutralize, void, or otherwise nullify them on arrival at

the state line, consequently, be it resolved by this body

of the Constitution Party assembled this date (31

October 2015) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to strongly

support and promulgate the “State Balance of Powers

will “bring together some of the richest pro-business GOP donors in the country, several of whom share Singer’s

support for gay rights, immigration reform, and the state of Israel.” He has just joined the Marco Rubio

campaign team.

• NEO Philanthropy has spent $15.7 million in 2013 to “promote strongly aligned and effective immigrant rights

organizations working to advance immigration policy and reform; immigrant civil engagement and integration;

and defense of immigrant rights.” This includes Border Action Network ($125,000), Border Network for Human

Rights ($390,000), CASA de Maryland ($270,000), Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition ($360,725), Tennessee

Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition ($469,000), and the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy

Coalition ($210,000) among many others. (NEO 2013 net assets, $19.6 million)

The Constitution Party is the only political vehicle that is fighting illegal immigration on logical, constitutional

arguments. No emotion, no half-truths, just hard-hitting facts — and solutions. Please take advantage of the

party’s educational/recruitment tool on this vital issue (see ad below for ordering information).

The American Constitutionist Page 6

No other party believes that.

The Constitution Party does.

The Constitution Party platform is clear: “We affirm the integrity of the international borders of the United States and the Constitutional authority and duty of the federal government to guard and to protect those borders, including the regulation of the numbers and of the qualifications of immigrants into the country.” Why do we hold these beliefs?

★ U. S. Census Bureau: from 2000 and 2014, the number of working-age native-born Americans with jobs declined by 127,000, while the number of immigrants with jobs soared by 5.7 million.

★ Center for Disease Control: 97 percent of respiratory illness, tuberculosis, and other communicable diseases in the South come from illegal aliens.

★ Government Accountability Office: in a study of 55,322 illegal aliens taken prisoner, analysts found that these criminals had been re-arrested some 459,614 times, averaging eight arrests per illegal alien. About 12 percent had records of violent offenses such as murder, assault, and sex-related crimes.

Retired Adm. James Lyons, former U.S.

military representative to the UN: “Fixing

our porous borders is one of combating the

threat of terrorism that America faces. In

the various efforts to reform the U.S.

immigration system, often overlooked in the

debate is its impact on national security.”

The Constitution Party believes in what Teddy Roosevelt said:

“The old parties are husks, with no real

soul within either, divided on artificial

lines, boss-ridden and privilege-

controlled, each a jumble of

incongruous elements, and neither

daring to speak out wisely and

fearlessly on what should be said on

the vital issues of the day.”
