DELIVERYAll orders are delivered Monday-Friday to most areas. Current and correct address and phone number are required (unable to ship to P.O. Boxes). Big Island Candies will not be responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses or re-routing fees. Your order will be sent promptly based on when it was received and the next available ship date, generally within three (3) days. During the holiday season we reserve the right to select the next available ship date. Saturday deliveries are subject to a $16 surcharge and are available only to the Continental U.S. Priority overnight service is available to some areas of the Continental U.S. Please call for a rate quote. For deliveries to Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Japan and Canada, please call for a rate quote. Orders to Japan with a net weight under 10 kg (22 lbs. or 352 oz.) and shipping to a residence will be sent via Yamato Transport; all other orders to Japan via UPS.
