Big Data & Enterprise Software Case Study: Pyramid Analytics - Senior Sales Executive - Germany In September 2015 we were assigned the Search Project for the first Senior Sales Executive on the ground in Germany. We took quite a specific match brief considering the technology background / experience required for this role. Then taking this search to a tough German Big Data employment market required patience, persistence, and a professional approach in order to headhunt and successfully sell the opportunity to Senior Sales individuals, who are already engaged and doing well in their current roles. Following the production of a qualified Candidate shortlist we were able to place a top tier 1 Candidate who through their own exit negotiation was able to start their new Pyramid role at the beginning of 2016.
