With 8 years of experience both in Industrial engineering, Infrastructure Management and Project

Management. Has a wide exposure of handling large Infrastructure Projects leading the Technical

Coordination and Project Management Team. Has experience in Corporate Marketing and Business

Development. Exposure in leasing out 6 million sq.ft office space to IT majors. Farook is a exultant

project planner and a real people leader in implementation. He was the instrumental in

implementation and construction 6 million Sq.ft of DLF IT-SEZ in west INDIA and has the wide

exposure of working in the national portfolio of DLF IT SEZ project across the country. He has also

worked with IT majors like COGNIZANT, TCS, SATYAM, BARCLAYS in setting up their facilities in DLF
