1. The Live Auction for the Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center 9th Anuual Golf Tournament begins after dinner when the Auctioneer makes the announcement on May 22, 2017 and will run until all items are sold.
2. All rules governing the Silent Auction, also apply to the Live Auction. 3. All bids should be made by raising his/her hand for the auctioneer to see. 4. The auctioneer will make the final determination as to when to conclude the bidding
and who is the successful bidder.
Silent Auction Rules
1. The Silent Auction will take place on May 22, 2017. 2. The Sharp HealthCare Foundation staff/auction official will make the final
determination as to when to conclude the bidding and who is the successful bidder. 3. The Silent Auction will be closed no earlier than 6:30 p.m. on May 22, 2017. 4. Each package in the Silent Auction has a bid sheet on the table. Persons wishing to bid
may do so by placing their name and phone number on the bid sheet next to the pre-defined bid amount. Only an auction official can nullify a bid.
5. The closing bid circled by an auction official constitutes the winning bid. In the event of a dispute, an auction official will act as the final authority to determine the winning bid.
6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS on items unless specified in package description. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction packages and services must be used within one year of the date of this auction. Dates and times for applicable items are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the donor(s) and winning bidder.
7. Sharp HealthCare Foundation assumes no responsibility for the validity of the descriptions, authenticity, or condition of any item offered. SHF makes no warranty or guarantee.
8. By making a purchase, the buyer waives any claim for liability against SHF or the donor of any property or service, and neither party is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any property or services sold.
9. SHF reserves the right to withdraw any package at any time before its actual sale and reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder.
