Process Datasheet (702-D-1001)

All lines from DHT/HGU/LOUP units joining at B/L is at 5.3 kg/cm2(g) pressure. But this pressure is not consistent with the process dataheet, where the pressure is specified as 4.75kg/cm2(g). Please clarify. PMC to clarify which one is correct.

Pressure 5.3 kg / cm2 g at battery limit is including line pressure loses, pressure drop across 702-FT-1701.

2) Process Datasheet (702-T-1002)

DEC assumes tray internals: SS316L, CA: 0.5 mm on both sides for tray MOC. Also, DEC understands that there is a mismatch between the absorber top and bottom pressure in the datasheet. As per DEC, the top pressure is 4.501kg/cm2(g) and bottom pressure is 4.68kg/cm2(g). Pl clarify the understanding. Also there is a mismatch of this value in the HMB and PFD, according to which the top pressure specified is 4.8 kg/cm2(g). Please clarify.

702-P-1007 amine drain pump specifies a mismatch in the capacities in the PFD and Datasheet as 10m3/hr and 5m3/hr respectively. DEC understands that datasheet is the basic document and hence assumes 5m3/hr as the correct capacity. Please clarify. Also please provide the B/L pressure for the pump to verify the head.

Minimum design pressure of any equipment having safety valve connected to flare is 3.5 kg / cm2 g. bidder to design and provide appropriate safety valves.

Process Datasheet (702-AFC-1002)

Data sheet indicated the operating pressure at the inlet of the Air cooler as 16.7 Kg/cm2(g), whereas in the mass balance stream no 14 indicated as 19.3Kg/cm2(g). PMC to confirm the operating pressure.

Stream no. 14 is at outlet of lean / rich amine cross exchanger which is at grade level. 16.7 kg / cm2 g pressure in air cooler 702-AFC-1002 inlet is after considering static difference and line loses. So operating pressure of 702-AFC-1002 in process data sheet is correct.

13) Process datasheet (703-E-1002)

Operating pressure in stream 8(Sour water to 703-E-1002 SWS Feed/Sour Water Stripper Bottom Exchangers, ref HMB) mentioned in PFD is 7.1 kg/cm2(g). Whereas, in HMB it is specified as 7.3 kg/cm2(g).

7.1 kg / cm2 g is correct. Pump PDS shows the same. Bidder to update relevant document.
