BWT together with tender copies & other required documents.
2. We will examine their tender documents & let them know our
approval on their request.
3. Once their request is approved, we will sign the service
agreement with the client & ask them to pay the admin charges.
4. After receiving the admin charges, we start working on their
transaction. We will send the Bid Bond draft copy for their
approval.
5. Once the draft is approved, we will ask the client to pay the
issuance fee charges & to provide further documents, if required.
6. After the receipt of the issuance fee & the documents, we will
instruct our bank to issue the Bid Bond guarantee on behalf of
the contractor/supplier. The bank will transmit the Bid Bond to
the developer’s bank account via Swift MT760.
