PRICING AND DISCOUNTSSuggested retail prices are offered as a convenience and should serve as a guideline. We offer a standard discount of 50% ontrade retail to customers with an established retail trade account. Please ask your sales representative about current promotionsand discount specials.

ORDERING AND SHIPPINGAll orders are shipped from our distribution center in Bloomingdale, IL. Next day air is also available at an additional charge.

BACK ORDERSAt your request, we will back order out-of-stock or not-yet-received products. Back orders will be filled on a first-ordered,first-served basis. Back orders will be shipped with your next order or within 90 days; back orders that cannot be filled within90 days will be cancelled.

RETURNS, SHORTAGES OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISEShipped orders are not returnable unless the product is damaged or defective or shipped-in-error. All shortages/defectivemerchandise must be reported to customer service within 7 days of receipt of order.
