Scope of the document This document is a quick guide for end users.


Web Shop overview Each customer can easily search spare parts using the new Web Shop.

To visit the new Bianchi Vending Web Shop please, open following link:

The Home page for anonymous users appears:


You can change the language using the combo box on the top right corner:

In the top left corner you find the Login button:

Press the button to open the Login form:

You should provide your username and password to access the web shop. Please ask your user and password form to your Bianchi Vending Branch.

Every user will receive user and password from this address:

[email protected]

Authenticated users have access to a set of features, depending on their rights.

This is a list of available features:

• Cart: a list of spare parts or options ready to be ordered; • Each user can manage his own list of spare parts (wish list) to easily put recurrent orders; • Each user can change his password; • Users can search for products / spare parts / options using the search box always available

on the top of each page; • Product navigation from Vending machine, to bill of material chart, to spare part; • Language selection; • The request for offer procedure allows user to create a Request starting from a cart; • Customer can query the web shop for approved orders; • Technical documents download.


Searching for Spare parts Web shop presents 3 kind of spare parts search:

1) Searching for spare part item browsing menu and charts 2) Searching for spare part item writing a Spare parts Item Code 3) Searching for spare part item writing a Machine Item Code

Browsing Menu and Charts

There is a hierarchical order in browsing Machines. • The first selection is between Vending Machines and Ho.re.ca • After customer can select between Vending Machines Actual Collection and

Vending Machines Previous Collection • Then the customer can find Hot and Cold machines • After in Cold machines he can find also Snack & Food or Can & Bottle Vending

Machines • In Ho.re.ca Machines user can select following kind of machines

o Automatic o Semiautomatic o Super Automatic o Manual

After customer can use also some filter, searching for Machine Item code (he can check the item code by label applied on the machine) or by description using Advanced Search Menu. For vending machines hot the customer can use 3 filters. Filter searching for:

• Table Top • Free Standing

Filter searching for Kind of Coffee (for hot machines):

• Espresso • Instant • Fresh Brew

Filter searching for Number of cups (for hot machines)

• 180 cups • 200 cups • 300 cups • 400 cups • 500 cups • 600 cups • 700 cups


For Cold machines the customer can use other Filters. Also for Ho.re.ca Machines it’s possible to user other filters.

1) Select for example Ho.re.ca 2) Semi-Automatic Machines

3) Choose the Machine BV303ES01NA


1) Select Door Assembly named ‘Door’

2) Select 2018 ASSEMBLY DOOR 3) Select hot spot of the chart 4) Push button ‘Add to cart’


Searching for Spare Parts Item If you know exactly the spare parts Item code, please search the Item with button “Search”. Write the spare part item code ‘41089010’ and find it pushing “Search”.


Add this item to Cart pushing “Add to Cart”.


Searching for Spare Parts Item writing Item If you don’t know exactly the spare parts Item code, please search the Machine. Search for example “BV303ES01NA” code. Write the item code BV303ES01NA and find it pushing “Search” or find the model of Machine ‘Gaia’.

Click-on code “BV303ES01NA” and after select drawings to find your spare part item.


Use Cart You can search spare parts item code with the 3 methods in upper pages. After click-on Cart (top of the page). You will find the spare parts item with your prices and discounts.


Download your request of offer in excel file pushing “Download.xls”.

Save this file as memo of your request.


After push “Proceed Check-out” to send your request.


Select your Address for this request.


Or digit a special address, if the address of your request is not in the upper list.


Push “Next button”.

Write your reference. Add a note, if you want. Check the partial shipping, if you want.


If your request is right: please push button “Submit Order”.


Order History Menu You can check the status of your request thru Order History Menu.


You will find your Request with the status “Open”. In this case your request was sent to Bianchi Vending.

After, you will find the status of your request as “Closed”. In this case Bianchi Vending is beginning elaboration of your request.


Advanced Search

Every user can search partially an item code to find Vending Machines or spares parts.


For example, if you can find a spare item code that contains the string “43040”, the B2B application will search for these spare parts:


You can check if spare part is included or not in some chart. For example the spare part code 43040316 is included in some charts as 1481 – INNER MACHINE and 2214 – INNER MACHINE

Every user can search also a piece of spare part description to find the proper spare part item.

For example: you can fill up the description of the spare part as coffee group and you will find different spare parts.


You can check if spare part is included in only one vending machine or in many vending machines.


Searching for a technical spare parts catalog

Every user can find a Model Technical Catalogue in English Language.

You can select for example model BVM972.

After you can select a BVM972 item.


After you can find GENERAL CATALOGUE for model BVM972 (all items and charts included)


Every user can search also the specific technical spare parts catalog for single item name.


Wish List

Every user can save recurrent orders. So to save recurrent order you can select spare parts item with different methods and after push button Add list (grey button). Also the specific technical spare parts catalog for single item name. If you push add list button you will add spare part item directly in your main wish list.

Otherwise you can select another wish list selecting a specific list. In this case you can push down arrow of the ‘Add to List’ button.


You can also create another wish list. With the function “Create new list” and naming the new list.


You can create also your main list adding check box “Save as default list”.


Finally you can manage your wish list directly in Wish list menu with more wish lists.

If you select single wish list you can delete, duplicate or download in excel file your wish list clicking ‘Delete’, ‘Duplicate’ and ‘Download’ labels.

You can also see your wish list selecting clicking wish list name.
