Bhelpuri Yummy evening snack, which is so delicious with not much of cooking
Ingredients Chopped Tomato : 1 no.
Chopped onion : 1 no.
Shredded carrot : 1 no.
Boiled, Peeled and smashed Potatoes : 4-‐5 nos.
Sev : required amount
Coriander : a few
Puffed rice : required amount
Lemon juice : 2-‐3 drops
Coriander chutney Coriander Leaves : 1 bunch
Mint leaves : A few
Green chillies : 2 nos
Lemon : ½ no.
Ginger : a small piece
Salt : as required
Tangy Chutney Date palms : 4-‐5 nos.
Tamarind soaked in water : 1 small ball
Jaggery : 1 tbsp
Chilly powder : ½ tsp
Black salt : ½ tsp
Roasted Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Salt : as required

Method Tangy Chutney
1. Soak the tamarind in water and add all the dates to it and microwave or boil until soft (approx 3-‐4 minutes)
2. Grind the roasted cumin seeds to powder 3. To the mixer jar add the cumin powder, black salt, chilly powder, Jaggery and
tamarind water with dates and grind it smooth paste and tangy chutney is ready
Coriander Chutney 1. To the mixer jar, add the coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, salt to taste and grind 2. Add some water and squeeze ½ lemon juice and grind it to a chutney consistency
Bhel puri 1. To a bowl, add the carrot, tomatoes, onions and mix these well 2. Add the puffed rice and sev and mix it well 3. Add the chutneys and adjust according to taste.
