Banksome Projects completed the delivery of 24 luxury apartments in Banana Island – LambCourt Estate and 56 Units of 3bedroom Apartments in Abijo GRA – Irawo Owuro Estate.

The delivery of Adaba Mews Estate, Yaba by the Banksome Project Team. Property consist of16 two bedroom apartments and 16 Three bedroom apartments.

Banksome Project Team signed a Private Public Partnership with the Government of CrossRiver State to Build 250 Low Cost Housing Estate in Akpabio Calabar. Banksome Bricks &Blocks Factory was completed and commissioned.

250 Units of Low Cost Housing Units was delivered to Cross River State Government.Banksome Projects (Renewable Energy) was appointed as one of the 4 prequalifiedcontractors to access DFID funding for retrofit equipment and accessories to Lagos StatePublic Schools.

Completion of Noahs Court Luxury Serviced Apartments in Lekki Phase. Property consist of 5four bedroom with a maids room and 4 three bedrooms. Banksome Projects completed thesupply or retrofit equipment and accessories (renewable energy) for selected Lagos StatePublic Schools and was appointed as contractor to supply and install renewable energyequipment (solar panels, batteries , inverter systems and all necessary retrofit items) for 34Primary Healthcare centres in Kaduna State funded by DFID.

Construction work on Banksome Aluminum and Wood factory was completed. Factoryproduces all the kitchens, wardrobes, doors and some of the furniture on projects embarkedon by the project team subject of client approval.

Banksome Projects completed and commissioned Glory Court Estate, Utako Abuja whichcomprises of 44 units of three and two bedroom apartments. Team also started andcompleted our first construction project of a commercial Bank and completed its firstcommercial office building in Victoria Island Lagos.

Banksome Global Resources Limited is celebrating 10 years of dedication, excellent servicedelivery and commitment to our Client, Shareholders and Staff. Team also commenced theconstruction of 22 luxury apartments in Ikoyi Lagos State.

Banksome Global Resources was hosted by the Nigerian High Commission in Portugal with theaim of developing strategic alliances with credible construction company’s with heavypresence in Portugal.

successful master plans to guide the physical infrastructural

Lamb Court is a 24 unit luxury apartment comprising of 4 bedrooms apartments

and other associated buildings like Maids Quarters, Gym & Club House.

This project provides quality living within the heart of Banana Island, Plot 108.

By the sea side with ample parking space provision.

Located in the heart of Yaba by the Presbyterian Church, Lagos with close

proximity to the Third Mainland Bridge, Adaba Mews is a property which

consists of beautifully designed, modern 16 Two Bedroom & 16 Three

Bedroom apartments.

Each apartment comprises en-suite bedrooms, modern fitted kitchens and

intercom systems. The estate also has a well equipped Gym, Swimming Pool

and Club.

Glory Court comprises of 44 apartments on a land mass area of 15,678 m2. There are

Completion of 250 Low Cost Housing Units situated atAkpabio, Calabar, Cross River State. The Project was aPrivate Public Partnerships between Banksome GlobalResources Limited (BGR) and the Cross River StateGovernment. A turnkey project comprising of 78units of3 Bedrooms, 116 units of 2 Bedrooms and 56 units of 1Bedroom apartments. Banksome was responsible forproviding 40% of the project funds, builders andproviding project management services for all partiesto the agreement alongside project externalconsultants.

3 TEMPLE ROAD IKOYI

Complete renovation works on 15apartments and the external arears ofthe estate (including the Swimmingpool, Club House, Gym, Lifts , WaterTreatment Plant and Landscaping).

cladding and the Internal areas was finished with granite and tiles of the

highest quality.

In addition the development is equipped with 3 Passenger Lifts (including

a panoramic lift), Centralized air handling system, High Specification Extra

Low voltage system (Security, CCTV, Fire Fighting system etc.), Sewage

treatment plant, and a Water treatment plant.

Construction of two (2) story UBA branch on Douglas Road, Owerri,

Nigeria. Banksome was responsible for carrying out the initial site survey,

developing the project bill, builders work (internal and external ), and

supply & installation of fire hydrant system (including the installing of all

fitting and fixtures excluding sensitive bank items).

Bricks & Block Factory is equipped with ultra-modern facilities and

has an automated block making machine capable of producing

various types of hollow blocks, interlocks, pavers, and kerb stone.

BB&B has a production capacity of between 33,000 —40,000 on

the interlocking stones, 6,000-8,000 on the 9’’inches blocks and

14,000 —16,000 on the 6’’inches blocks for an 8 hour pro-duction

cycle.

The factory’s state of the art computer batching system,

automatic block making mechanism and indirect thermal fluid

heating system for accelerated curing ensures that all the factory

products meet the required strength standard and dry within a

short time frame. This consequently enables BB & B have shorter

delivery cycles.
