More than 500 years of experience in steel

In 1466, BGH (Boschgotthardshütte) was firstmentioned as „Hammer unterhalb von Schneppenkauten“ (location just outside the city ofSiegen, Germany).

For hundreds of years forging has been the maintask of the company.

By combining several steel producing and steelprocessing companies the current BGH-group hasbeen created.

BGH combines a long experience in metallurgy, hotand cold forming, heat treatment and finishing ofsteel with state-of-the-art equipment and innovative technology.
