We finally came upwith the ULTIMATErobot motor. It is aSanyo 12GN-0348motor and runs on4-6 volts. It has a 9gear set-up and a ratioof 297 to 1. The torque onthis baby is unbelievable. I think it could actuallypull a wounded rhino from the depths of a marsh. Well not really, but back to the specs. The torqueis listed at 3300gf - cm. You engineers can figurethat out. After hearing the specs, you would thinkthis robot’s dream would weigh in at 5 or 6 poundsand be as big as your fist. Not even close. Theoverall length of the motor from the back to theend of the shaft is 29mm. Diameter at the widestpart is 12mm. Weight is 8.7g.
