And the Internets founding ideology that information wants to be free, and that attempts to constrain it are not only hopeless but immoral suddenly seems nave and stale in the new age of apps, smart phones, and pricing plans. Apps are a risk silo(ing) networked, web environment. Open resources impact ability to control and command discovery environments, content delivery, and data analysis.     ** Actually, I have one place that we might start or perhaps this is too tough an area to begin re-defining resource sharing and re-distributing those costs throughout the system to support the ecosystem of scholarly publishing.*
