BEULCO BlackLine - A4The plastic connector for every application.

MaterialThe connectors are made of extremely resistant and high performance thermoplastic material (PP und POM). It is characterized by high strength and hardness in a wide range of temperatures. Additio-nal features as high heat resistance, low friction coefficient and a minor water absorption make the material an attractive alternative to metal. It is resistant against UV, chemicals and corrosion.

SealingSealing is achieved by a seal ring made of NBR (approved for drinking water) inside the connector when pushing the pipe into it. Due to a certain prestress the sealing ring will immediately be pressed onto the pipe and the connector is dense from the very beginning.

With BEULCO BlackLine the next generation of plastic connectors has emerged. Function and material are aligned in a way that highest possible safety and best comfort are given during installation.

FunctionalityThe connector is completely mounted.

The pressing ring keeps the sealing ring in position so that a displacement or a deformation is excluded.

The pipe is pushed into the connector, tangibly up to the stop. This ensures that the pipe is always in the right position.

Fast and easy installation

Push and screw technologyIt is recommended to chamfer the pipe before the installation so that it can be pushed into the connec-tor even with less effort. Special tools are not necessary for mounting.

Easy disassemblyThe connector is designed in a way that it can be dismounted by loosing the nut without problems. The components can then be released easily and safely without risk of damage

Dynamic sealing methodWhen delivered the seal is already prestressed. This ensures that it fits closely already when being pus-hed onto the pipe. The sealing function is given immediately. The pressing ring prevents a displacement or a deformation of the sealing ring.

No loose componentsIf the pressing nut is removed there is no danger that other parts will get lost. Pressure ring and seal rest in the body.

High Performance

Advanced materialThe connector is made of extremely lightweight and high performance thermoplastic materials and has additional characteristics like resistance against UV rays, chemicals and corrosion. The material is tasteless and does not release ingredients to the medium.

Chemical resistanceThe chemical resistance of the materials enables also the application of other liquids than water. The following table gives an overview of the connector‘s compatibility to different chemicals. Please contact us in special cases and if you feel uncertain.

Installation Instruction

Cut the pipe square and chamfer it.

Open the nut up to the last thread. Then the pipe can be

pushed onto the pipe with less effort.

Push the pipe up to the first stop. The pipe now touches the sealing ring.

Push the pipe through the sealing ring up to the second

stop. If the second stop is felt, the pipe is in the right

position.

Tighten the nut firmly by means of a tool.
