“What happens to my donated books and audio visual items?”

Donated books and audiovisual items can be converted into programs, but only with your help.

At library programs, speaker’s fees and materials for workshops are paid for by the Friends of the North Canton Public Library. Income from our book sales and daily sales in The Friends’ Corner are the source of that income.

This sale income is derived from books and audio visual items that are donated to the library by patrons like you.

Donors, thank you for your help!

Those donated items are then sorted, cleaned and priced. They can be purchased in The Corner or at the next book sale.

Shoppers, thank you for your help!

Donors and shoppers: we thank you for helping us convert your donations into book sale purchases which then fund programs.

Look for this icon throughout the library to see the many ways the Friends support the library.
