Situation: In EXCOM meeting, Sales and Finance has a conflict on New Credit Line Policy.
Intent: CEO thinks that if 2 parties discuss outside the room it will resolve faster.
Impact: 2 Parties don’t like each other, no appointment. Hence problem is not resolved.

CEO: “I don’t understand why Sales and Finance are not resolved the New Credit Line Policy.”
Coach: “What do you think?”
CEO: “They are lacked of time management skill.” Coach: “What else could it be?”
CEO: “They may not comfortable to talk to each other. Ah!!!” Coach: “What would be a solution?”
