Vatsa designed an internal portal to standardized their work flow and helped them to achieve this by creating a standard templates for calibration of different instrument`s and also helped them to manage their inventory.

Vatsa`s solution helped them to build proper work flow to deliver the product on promised time. Our solution helped them to track and maintain proper inventory. We helped them to increase their business, in terms of complete supply chain visibility, quality management and efficient customer service.

ePREOP.com was founded by a team of independent, board-certified physicians. Our mission is to enable patients and physicians to achieve the highest quality preoperative care and to improve surgical outcomes.

As healthcare becomes increasingly complex, ePREOP provide a service that simplifies the communication between patients and the multiple physicians and hospital staff that they will encounter throughout any surgical experience. This software integrates various electronic health records and uses that information to deliver evidence-based preoperative recommendations. These recommendations can significantly improve postoperative outcomes, decrease case delays and cancellations, and save money by reducing wasteful spending. It also provides the means for a seamless transfer of patient data between parties, eliminating the need for frustrating, expensive, and repetitive patient interviews.

At Hospitals diverse EMR systems are used to collect the data. Challenge in collaboration with these systems to get the data without compromising the performance.

Vatsa and ePREOP jointly worked on this product. Both the companies formed a joint team to understand the product scope, defining priorities and roadmap. Development was done by Vatsa using Agile methodology with each sprint of 2 weeks.

It provides evidence-based recommendations that may decrease the incidence of postoperative complications like heart attacks, pneumonia, and wound infections. ePREOP software helps ensure all necessary tests and consults have been performed. This helps avoid costly case delays and cancellations.ePREOP is also currently integrating with perioperative EHR systems. It provides a web portal for patients to enter their data from the comfort of their home as well as the ability to capture this information directly from the physician office. This provides the means for a seamless transfer of patient data between parties. ePREOP eliminates the need for frustrating and costly, repetitive patient interviews. ePREOP saves valuable time on nursing interviews.

JustBorn needed to solve a number of issues from existing SharePoint portal and would like to do major enhancements in the portal. The Flyerboard is an interactive touch screen designed to distribute up-to-date information through event listings, news, announcements, social media, multimedia, local guides, and people search throughout the School of Medicine's campus. Users interact with these screens via touch and can easily navigate through the various modules to immediately access information.

At YSM diverse systems are used to collect the data. Challenge in collaboration with these systems to get the data without compromising the performance. Incomplete development done by previous vendor without much detailed documentation.

Vatsa and YSM jointly worked on the incomplete state of this product. Both the companies formed a joint team to work on understanding the source, defining priorities and roadmap. Development was done by Vatsa using Agile methodology with each sprint of 2 weeks.
