LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

WARRANTY

JUTE BRAIDED RUGS : Comes with a six-month limited repair or replacement warranty to the initial purchaser and original seller.

All other products come with a three year limited repair or replacement warranty to the initial purchaser and original seller

• Our products will be free from manufacturing defects for the stated period dating from the date of delivery to the original seller.

• Our products are designed to provide many years of use and enjoyment with proper care and maintenance.

• Follow the rug maintenance protocol on pg 24 of the catalog or on our website http://www.homespice.com/rug-maintenance to care for your rug and to keep from voiding the warranty on your product.

• See our Return Policy on pg 24 of the catalog or on our website www.homespice.com/returns for directions in making a Warranty Claim

LIMITED REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT WARRANTYOur limited repair or replacement warranty does not cover any damage from clips that may be used to suspend rugs on a display rack. We warrant to the initial purchaser (consumer) and original seller (dealer or retailer) our products will be free of manufacturing defects for a limited time from the date of delivery to the original (dealer or retailer).

This warranty does not cover certain conditions or characteristics such as those described below that may affect the rug’s appearance and performance over time. This includes but is not limited to:

Fading, tears, sprouts, burns, cuts, pulls, any damage caused by pets or other external damage, slits on the rug as a result of opening the package with a sharp object, deterioration, stain, loss of color or appearance caused by abuse, or improper or inadequate maintenance. It does not cover rugs placed on ramps or any area regularly subjected to wheeled or rolling apparatus.

This warranty is limited to the actual repair or replacement. Homespice Décor’s total liability shall not exceed the invoice amount to the original seller. Homespice Décor is not responsible for bodily injury, property loss or damage, removal or relocation of furnishing, or any incidental or consequential damages or costs associated with repair or replacement.

RETURN POLICY PRODUCT COLOR VARIATION• Any shortages or damages must be reported within 5 business days of the

receipt of shipment.

• Items must be returned in original condition. The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with receiving and returning any non-defective item.

• Returns are not allowed on SALE, CLEARANCE or CUSTOM items except if there is a manufacturing defect.

• Items must be returned in similar packaging material as received. Rugs must be rolled and wrapped around the tube to prevent any damage. The rug then must be wrapped well in an outer protective packaging.

• Please note: NO adhesive/ tape should be placed directly on the rug. Using such material WILL cause damage to the rug. Products must be returned in the original condition (no refunds will be issued if there are any signs of usage, including pet hair or use of a vacuum beater brush which voids the warranty).

• The RMA number MUST be on the outside or inside of the package.

• Items in original condition must be returned within 15 days of an RMA being issued. If item is not received within this time frame, Homespice will assume that the customer would like to keep the product, after which no returns will be accepted at the end of the 15th day.

• We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are damaged due to insufficient packaging. A credit (excluding freight for both ways and a 15% restocking fee) will be issued upon inspection of the merchandise. Please allow 10-14 days of item being received for the credit to be issued and reflected back to your account. Homespice reserves the rights to refuse a credit if the returned item appears to be used/ soiled/ damaged in any way or is in an unsellable condition.

Please note that there could be color variations between the catalog image and the actual products due to lighting and other related effects. Rugs are manufactured from a dye lot which can vary from batch to batch as dye lots are prone to change. Therefore if you are buying several rugs of the same pattern for the same room, we suggest letting us know. Every attempt can then be made to get the rugs from same dye lot to avoid a variation in color.

RUG MAINTENANCERUG CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Unroll and lay the rug flat for 36-48 hours to allow it to relax naturally before placing any furniture on it. Work out any wrinkles using your hands or a cylinder (the rug tube works well). For safety, the use of a rug pad is recommended on hard surfaces. Do not use near sources of ignition or over vents. Please follow cleaning instructions on the rug label and retain the label for reference. Please refer to www.homespice.com/rug-maintenance for more information.

Homespice rugs are made from various types of materials and therefore, require different cleaning methods. Vacuum the rugs using a strong suction vacuum and do not use a beater bar. Clean at your own risk as Homespice is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the cleaning process. Below are cleaning suggestions, but we recommend professional cleaning for all of our rugs.

• Ultra Durable Braids: Shake any loose debris off. Hose down and hang outdoors to dry.

• Jute Braids: Shake any loose debris off and spot clean only.

• Cotton Braids: Shake any loose debris off and spot clean. Professional cleaning is recommended.

• Pure Comfort: Vacuum using hard surface setting (do not use the beater brush) or just hose clean and air dry! Professional cleaning is recommended over time.

SPOT CLEANING:

Spot clean with a soft bristle brush to remove loose debris. Use a mild detergent and cool water to help remove tough stains. Blot and do not rub.
