2. Nutrition Mapping – After we identifying your goals we work together to createa nutrition plan that works for you and also takes us towards our goal. This mustbe sustainable, enjoyable and effective. At this point I will also recommend anysupplements for you which I think will benefit you.

3.Body Preparation – After a chat about your current exercise regime and diet Ifigure out what we need to do. This is a pre-start plan, So I will have created a dietplan for you to start getting used to doing before day1. If you are out of exercisehabits a few exercises will be given to prepare your body for the training.

4. Detox – This is an essential part of the program. It’s not about drinking grasscuttings, it’s about cleaning your body and the mind of the crap that will hold youback.

5. The Training – The training begins and you move towards your goal. Also youmay be given homework training if needed.

6. Accountability – This is where I request an update on how you are doing withyour homework sessions and your nutrition plan. I am in daily contact with youabout this. I only work with people who really want results. This is why this part isimportant. I’m not here to catch you out. I’m here to help you achieve your goals.
