I selected UPakWeShip based on recommendations from previous

customers. The quoted price was less than I had anticipated. And

there was no great urgency about delivery, because I was merely

transferring some personal effects from one existing home to another.

UPakWeShip provided precisely the service I needed, and they did it

with great care and style, from first contact to conclusion. My entire

shipment (7 boxes / cases, approx. 20 cubic feet) arrived in perfect

condition, within the estimated time frame.

At each stage of the process, one UPakWeShip operative handed

over control of my order to the next. I never felt the least uncertainty

about the care and competence of those who explained the process

to me, and dealt with all of my questions, even helping me avoid

potential difficulties with Customs regulations.

My sincere thanks to Pete, Ruby, Alicia, James and Natalie. You folks

I recently used EuroUSA Shipping to ship 4 pallets of household items from Austria to Denver. I don’t usually write letters like this but the service we received from Chris Corder was exceptional and I felt I needed to share my experience. From our first contact for a quote thru to the final delivery, Chris was not only always available to answer our questions and give us updates but he always responded within about an hour or less. Our final delivery was the day before Thanksgiving and despite being on vacation, Chris continued to organize our final payment and delivery instructions thus preventing a potential delay resulting from the holidays. We have used other forwarders in the past which have always resulted in long delays and additional costs. After having used your service for our last move, we will only use EuroUSA for all of our future moves.

about how it work to the safe delivery of our U Cube we have been

helped by an excellent team, special thanks go out to Pete for

answering all the questions we asked at the planning stage, and also

to Alicia for walking us through the paperwork and getting our U

Cube collected on time and finally to Natalie for making sure our U

Cube cleared customs and arranging the delivery in Scotland. We

could never have done it without you all. We were very happy with

Moving overseas with a family is a lot of work, and the process can be intimidating, between acquiring visas, finding a place to live, packing, and so on. We used the U-Crate service for shipping belongings from San Francisco/CA to Munich/Germany. The service provided, responsiveness and ease of doing business was excellent. Alicia Hawk supported us on the US side and did a fabulous job in providing detailed instructions, handling paper work and even giving very useful recommendations for detailing the packing list. Oliver, Lauren and Karolina from Euro Group supported us on the European side. They again provided detailed instructions, updates and scheduled the delivery. The delivery to our house was well organized and all our items arrived as expected and in good condition. We definitely recommend UPakWeShip!

From beginning to end, the entire process was not the simplest from my side logistically, however this was all made easy.The flexibility shown from the start, and constant changing of my requirements was always dealt with professionalism and great courtesy.Even with various hurdles thrown in, including excess storage, changing of dates, and customs, the assistance provided was top draw, and to top it off, the prices quoted were amazing, and around 50% cheaper than everywhere else I checked.I would highly recommend this service, and will certainly use them again if I relocate.

I wish to commend Upackweship on a very courteous and fair dealings. I can heartily endorse this company for their work and wish to bear testament that they actually follow through on the price quoted from drop off to delivery. There were no hidden charges no changes in price just the price quoted and adjusted for fair treatment of the packaging (cubic size). I have dealt with another company for shipment and they under priced this company on the first go around. They made up for it with additional fees and charges for destination delivery. Not this company.All my goods were undamaged in original containers with no sign of tampering.I must say again that I can give a very positive testimonial on the work that they do.The only fault that left me not giving them five out of five stars was a bit slow miscommunication by the delivery company. It was all cleared up though in a day and really not a major problem and overall the service was excellent.I heartily endorse this company and I will use it exclusively in the future.

I started looking at options, and a few stood out...but UPWS stand out because of that, but every step along the way, they (and I mean every single person I have ever talked to, but special kudos to Alicia Hawk) handled my situation with the utmost respect, professional integrity and dignity. They all explained everything very clearly, and the information they send out prior to the move is practical, straightforward and fun. Moving is a headache; I have done it 17 times in 24 years. This is honestly the most relaxed I have ever felt, and the entire costs incurred were on me. Yet, cheaper than any of the other 7 pre-selected options I had considered, and light years ahead of anyone re: professional, courteous service. I would trust these guys to move me anywhere in the world based on my personal experience this year. When I am ready to move back to the US, I will definitely call on them again. I have already recommended them to a few people because (and I know, this will sound corny, but it was so true in my case) they do not overlook the human factor of what it means to move and "start" a new life.

After having spent 2 years in Minneapolis, MN as a student, I shipped 13 suitcases with personal belongings (clothes, books, etc.) to the port of Piraeus, Athens, Greece. Everything arrived intact. Your instructions were clear from day-one of our communications, so things went smoothly. Apparently there was some confusion with the arrival date, as the departure of the ship was delayed due to bad weather, but the delay was of no more than 2 weeks. Thank you.

Excellent low cost DIY shipping to Canada

Mar 04, 2014 by LouiseWe got a very very competitive rate to have a sole use 20 foot container from the UK to Western Canada. Whilst it is hard work self packing and loading, the cost savings were great. We also could bring everything and nothing got broken!). We paid for door to port (to the inland city we have moved to) and cleared customs ourselves (no charges) and hired a local haulage company to collect and deliver the container for unloading (less than £300). Other agents were quoting £1700 for this piece in Canada alone. Chris in the London office was really helpful and gave us lots of good advice, even when the polar vortex interrupted sailings - and unloading in -25 was quite chilly.....frozen mattresses! Generally a very positive experience! Thanks Chris.

Just shipped my boxes yesterday, and it was a painless process overall. And I can't help but feel that a large part of that comes down to the rep assigned (or rather, condemned) to work with me, Alicia. She has been unfailingly patient with me--a person who forgets everything at least three times before he remembers, asks a million inane questions (sometimes the same one more than once) and panics easily when stressed. She was always kind, always patient, and always in good humor, and helped me step-by-step get the whole thing happening and accomplished. Don't know what we would have done without her. Just exactly how the person doing her job should be, and then some.

so doing my own packing was what I wanted. I had 10 relatively small boxes & everywhere else I looked at didn't provide competitive prices. So I went with Upak, but trusting a company with your worldly possessions when you move can be nerve-wracking. You hear all sorts of horror stories... UPAK were excellent from the get-go. They gave me a great price and they sent me clear instructions on what forms to fill out, labels for boxes, etc. The pick up guy came in great time that day so I didn't have to wait in all day. He was also friendly & helpful. From the moment I said goodbye to my boxes I was updated regularly, without asking so there was no need for tracking but it was there if I wanted it. Then when my packages came they came early (they checked with me 1st that was ok) they were flexible when I wanted I update my delivery address & most importantly my boxes came in exactly the same condition I left them in. Excellent experience , would recommend to anyone who is moving. Thanks Upak!
