Here are series of chest workout and exercises that perfome the best while following their objectifs Adding mass to your chest: .Incline barbell Press : 4 Sets of 12, 12, 10 and 8 reps .Flat-Bench Dumbbell Press: 4 sets of 6, 10, 12, 12 reps .Decline Bench Press: 4 sets of 6, 8, 8, 10 reps .Pec-deck Flye: 4 sets of 10, 10, 12, 12 reps Rest for 1 to 2 minutes between all sets. * First set is a warm-up not done to failure. After you warmed up, use a weight that allows you to fail at the rep range listed while doing your chest routine. Adding mass to your chest:
