INTERVIEW: WITH COOPER PHILLIP

Cooper Phillip is an amazing force in music and she has a very interesting story to tell. She sings like a seasoned songstress and exhibits

an amazing amount of grace and humbleness. She has travelled all the way across the world to achieve your goals and live her dream,

and she is barely in her twenties! So who is Cooper Phillip? Lets find out!

The Interview:

Best Artist Rep-Please tell us about your background and the origin of your name?

Cooper Phillip- I was born in Saratov, Russia, into a family of musicians and have been surrounded by music for as long as I can re-

member. I wanted to create a catchy name while incorporating a part of my family so I chose Cooper as it is my last name and Phillip

as it was the name my mom was going to name me if I was a boy. J

Best Artist Rep- Why did you choose the music business?

Cooper Philip- I grew up going to the theater where my mother performed on the violin with the orchestra. She put me on stage

when I was two as part of Tchaikovsky's opera. Although I was only two years of age, I will never forget the excitement and comfort I

felt being on stage. It cemented into my being the desire to perform and be in front of an audience. I started as a classical pianists, but

I never felt like this was my calling. When I moved on to singing I realized this was my passion and where I wanted to grow. After win-

ning my first international singing competition at age 11, I felt such energy and recognition from the crowd that I knew this was the

right path for me.

Best Artist Rep- Who were your major musical influences growing up? How do they influence you today?

Cooper Phillip– I look up to and have been inspired by Bruno Mars, Adele, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, and Stevie Won-

der. Knowing the story of how all of these artist come up and broke through with all of their talent despite adversity always inspires

me to push forward towards my goal. My influences are musicians along with being stars which motivates me to continue writing and

creating my own music.

Best Artist Rep- What are your current goals in the music industry?

Cooper Phillip- I would like to create high quality music that connects and inspires my audience to be stronger, more thoughtful,

and able to survive through anything.

Best Artist Rep- What makes your music a better choice than the next POP singer?

Cooper Phillip- I have a wide singing range and create well written lyrics in such a way that brings back the soulful singing with pop

melodies.

Best Artist Rep- Do you have any upcoming projects?

Cooper Phillip- Currently, I am a resident of Spaghettini, Beverly Hills, with a show coming up May 9th. I am also working with

amazing producers to create new music in the studio with songs coming out soon.

Best Artist Rep- Is there anything else you would like to share with your fans and supporters?

Cooper Phillip- I really appreciate and feel blessed to have the support of my fans and friends. I look forward to connecting with
