beran apm720 monitoring system
DESCRIPTION
The APM720 is a fantastic value in monitoring for your vital rotating machinery. It will be difficult to find a competing 16 channel system (plus 4 independent speed channels) that compares with the features of the APM720. It is equipped to handle all types of vibration sensor signals, RPM signals and many process variable signals. The APM720 is an excellent foundational instrument for a remote monitoring system. The APM720 is also an excellent choice for monitoring mobile equipment in mining operations due to it's compact "footprint", flexible power options and event trigger capability.TRANSCRIPT

Our Market Research Found:-
• Critical Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment is often not monitored
• Route based monitoring with portable instruments is sometime used
• BOP items do not require Beran PlantProtech 766/8 Analyzer’s features
• BOP items often utilize rolling element bearings
• BOP Machines may not have RPM reference
• Users need to review long term trends

We have developed a data acquisition system to:-
• Monitor critical BOP machines
• Fill the monitoring gap between large machinery and plant items on monthly walk around routes
• Operate stand alone or networked
• Monitor rolling element bearings
• Perform long term data trending
• Capture FFTs and time waveforms
• Be used by plant engineers and technology centers
• Be integrated into Beran PlantProtech Vision Software
• Be used for remote monitoring applications
