What’s been happening at OSHC Hi OSHC Families,

This week in OSHC:

The children have been making origami cranes, painting, Bush

OSHC, writing ideas about inclusion & diversity, merrmaid tails, lego

& construction, performances, science experimenting with batteries

and sport.. We asked the children about their participation in sport

and found that whilst the girls liked to do sport, they often did not do it

at OSHC because in their words; ‘the boys often took over and did

not share or pass the ball to them’, ‘were rough and loud’, ‘better

skilled then them.’ So we have introduced ‘Girls only sport’ to

encourage them to have a safe and comfortable space to play

sport .
