raising awareness. If we all pull together wecan effect change. It's not enough justlooking at images of gorgeous babyorangutans, we need to take on board whythey are without their mothers and help as
much as we can.”

Jen walked the length ofScotland, with her rescue dogHaggis. Together they walkedan amazing 550 miles, campingin all weather conditions along the way.
“In the long term, I hope to be able tofund a larger tangible goal in terms of
fundraising for the charity, such asbuying the land required for the new
orangutan island in Borneo (this wouldbe huge!) In the short term,
I hope to raise £2,000 for the charity'sgeneral cause.”
LOUISE JOHNSON “Although the marathon was long andpainful, it was nothing compared tothe pain and suffering endured by somany defenceless animals in the worldtoday. This was enough in itself toensure I raised as much money as Icould for a charity that is very close tomy heart.”
