Setting up your accountSet up office details

• Log in to the Benji portal:contractor.benjifinancing.com

• Complete required training

• Set up ACH payment info and Office Details by clicking the account icon, then

Accounts, then the Offices Tab and then Edit your information and profile

• Your office info/profile appears on our website when homeowners use our contractor

search tool. Include detailed info to promote your business and get seen by qualified

customers who will contact you directly from our site

• Add additional offices if applicable

Sales rep setup

• To add additional users: click User, then Add User and Select User Role. This will send

an email link for the new user to set-up their account

• The new user will be asked to create a password and must complete required training

to access calculator, rate sheet, and application to begin offering Benji

How to apply1. Mobile App: Download Renovate America mobile app from the

App Store or Google Play. You must be a Renovate America registered

contractor to log into the mobile app. Contact your company admin to

get invited to set up an account.

2. Contractor Portal: Visit contractor.benjifinancing.com and click

the Apply now button.

3. Your Website: Give your customers access to apply directly from

your website with a custom Renovate America apply button. Create

yours here: contractor.benjifinancing.com/resources

4. Phone: Call us at (844) 722-7759

5. Personal Application Link: Create a personal application link to

share with your customers so they can apply on their own. Create

your personal link here: contractor.benjifinancing.com/resources

Estimate payment

1. Tap icon in the bottom navigation.

2. Toggle between payment and project amount to

estimate monthly payment or maximum project amount.

3. Start the application from the calculator. If you’ve

selected a plan it will populate in the application.



Start an Application

1. To locate the address with GPS, select

Use my location.

2. Or, enter the property address manually.

3. Verify full address and select Continue.

* You must have Location Services enabled to access the GPS.



Homeowner enters their infoAsk the homeowner to fill in their basic personal information:

• First and Last name

• Date of birth

• Social Security number

• Monthly household income (includes alimony, child support, investment

income, and social security)

• Valid email address*

• Verify customer’s ID

Homeowner will have a chance to review their info prior to submitting the credit

application on the next screen.

* Homeowner must have a valid email address in order to sign electronic documents. Benji financing documents are offered in English. Homeowner applicants must be able to read and understand financing document terms in English to proceed with signing.



Homeowner reviews info and submits

The homeowner reviews their info and agrees to the termsand conditions.

Once they verify the details and accept disclosures, they can tap Submit to process the credit application.

Tap Select Terms to proceed to plan selection.

Enter & review financing info

* Max approval may vary for each plan.

1. Enter the amount financed and select a term

length from the dropdown menu to review plans.

2. Select a plan that fits the homeowner’s budget

and select the project type from the dropdown

menu.

3. Click Review to review financing terms.

4. Click Sign now to have the homeowner eSigndocs or click Email docs so the homeowner can

sign docs at their convenience.



Access & review financing docsPass the device to the homeowner so they can access their financing documents.

The homeowner will need to enter their birthdate and last four digits of their Social Security number to view and sign the financing docs.

Note: Documents can also be accessed from contractor portal for Docusign when selecting terms.



eSignOpen docs

Select checkmark and pressReview Document.

Review docs

Review the docs and press Nextin upper-right corner.

Tap to initial/sign

Press the yellow button to draw initials. Do the same for

signature.

Initials/signature

Draw your initials in the box, then press Adopt & Sign. Do the same

for your signature.

Finish

Once your initials and signature are on the docs, press Finish and

you’re done.

* Note: If the financing document is closed or an error occurs before signatures are complete, call 844-RA-APPLY, Option 1. Benji can resend the homeowner an email to eSign Benji financing documents.



Signatures completeLet the homeowner know that a copy of the financing docs will be emailed to them for their records, once the CO countersigns them.

NOTE: Your company admin will be notified to countersign the financing documents.*



Moving forward with a LendingPointpre-qualification.


Benji second lookSecond look is only available if the

homeowner is declined for Benji.

• Only the Primary Applicant will be evaluated

• Gross monthly household income

• Minimum credit score of 575 FICO

• Risk-based pricing (Interest Rate/APR will be tailored

to the potential borrower’s credit profile)



Viewing offers from LendingPoint• Up to 4 fixed payment offers

• 2, 3, 4 and 5 year term lengths

• Maximum financing amounts up to $25,000

• Interest rates as low as 9.99%*

• Flat 6.99% purchase discount rate

• Experience transitions the borrower to

LendingPoint to sign docs and submit their

application for their selected terms

• Income verification required for amounts

financed > $10,000

*Most offers include an origination fee up to 6%. This will be reflected

in the annual percentage rate and monthly payment amount.

Project complete – start funding2. Confirm project details, and add an optional note to your customer, then click

Email request to send your completion confirmation to the homeowner.

1. To start funding online for Benji and/or LendingPoint, visit contractor.benjifinancing.com and locate the project by

using the search bar and select the Start funding button.

3. Completion confirmation request is emailed to the homeowner. The

homeowner can call Benji or visit customer.benjifinancing.com by clicking Confirm online now in the email request.

4. Homeowner confirms personal info to access

confirmation page.

5. Homeowner reviews final project details and selects

Confirm completion.

6. After homeowner confirms project completion, contractor admin will

receive an email request to eSignfinal docs.*

Done. Funding occurs within 1-2

business days.


Here are a couple other ways to start the funding process:

You can call (844) RA APPLY option 3 with the property owner to expedite the process.

The property owner can also call

themselves to confirm completion.

The installer can skip some steps online by going directly to

customer.benjifinancing.comwith the property owner to confirm the satisfactory

completion of their project.
