JetPrivilege offers 5 membership tiers:

=JetPrivilege Blue (base tier)

Blue Plus – after accumulation of 5 Tier Points or 7,500 Tier JPMiles in any six month time-frame. Blue Plus tier is reviewed only for an upgrade

and the tier will not change to Blue.

Three elite tiers – Silver, Gold and the exclusive Platinum – created specially for our most frequent flyers.

Members earn JPMiles when flying on Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect, Jet Airways codeshare flights and when availing the services of 80

Global Programme Partners which include some of the leading names in airlines, hospitality, finance, entertainment, retail, lifestyle, car rental,

telecommunication and publishing.

Members must quote their JetPrivilege membership number when making bookings on flights and with other programme partners; present the

membership card at check-in to ensure that the activities are recorded automatically. Members must ensure the name in the booking is exactly as it

appears on the JetPrivilege membership card.

Tier Points

Unique to Jet Airways, DTR is an award winning, multi-period and multi-criteria-based tier review. It has no precedent anywhere in the world. With DTR,

upgrade to the higher tier is quicker and tier renewal is easier. The DTR evaluates a member's tier based on Tier Points and Tier JPMiles earned.

Tier Points and Tier JPMiles are earned on eligible Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect, and Jet Airways code share flights. Additional Tier Points and

Tier Miles are earned for flights in First Class and Première on Jet Airways on Jet Airways Konnect.

With DTR, tier renewal is easier and more flexible. DTR reviews Tier Points and Tier JPMiles earned in a 12-month time frame

preceding your tier review date:

If the 12-month criteria is not met, then the 18-month time frame will be considered

If the 18-month criteria is not met, then the 24-month time frame will be considered

With each increase in time-frame, the DTR reduces the number of Tier Points and Tier JPMiles, making tier renewal easier.

Tier Upgrade and Renewal

6-month Fast Track upgrade: On a daily basis, DTR looks at Tier Points and Tier JPMiles earned in the preceding 180 days; offering faster tier upgrades

based on frequency and recency of travel.

12-month Standard upgrade: On a daily basis, DTR also reviews Tier Points and Tier JPMiles earned in the preceding 365 days for a tier upgrade.

250 Bonus JPMiles when availing Web, Kiosk or SMS check-in

Earning of Bonus JPMiles is subject to terms and conditions.

Like most other loyalty programmes world-wide, JPMiles cannot be held indefinitely by a member. JPMiles are valid for redemption up to the end of the

thirteenth quarter from the quarter in which they were earned.

For example, JPMiles earned in the 1st quarter of 2010 (January-March 2010) will expire on the last day of the 1st quarter of 2013 (i.e. March 31, 2013).

JPMiles that are not redeemed before expiry, will lapse

Note: JPMiles transferred through the Transfer JPMiles facility will have a validity of 12 months from the date of transfer irrespective of the original validity

prior to transfer. They will expire next year, at the end of the quarter in which they were transferred. For example, if a Transfer of JPMiles is processed on

April 25, 2010, the same will expire from the recipient's membership account on June 30, 2011.

Validity of JPMiles

JPMiles will not lapse for JetPrivilege Platinum members. Any unredeemed JPMiles that are due to expire at the end of the said quarter will be extended to the

next quarter.

Purchase JPMiles: At the rate of Rs. 1.25 per mile, incase of short of JPMiles for an award ticket.

Transfer JPMiles: From your account to another JetPrivilege membership account at Rs. 200 per block of 500 JPMiles.

JPMiles Upgrade: Redeem your JPMiles when holding revenue ticket and avail of a one-cabin upgrade to First Class and Première.

Cash Upgrade: Upgrade from Economy award ticket to Première with cash. Valid on Jet Airways and Jet Airways Konnect flightswithin India only.

flight departure

Please ensure that you collect your boarding pass with your preferred seat (blocked at the time of Tele Check-in), at least 50 minutes prior to your

domestic Jet Airways and Jet Airways Konnect flight departure from Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata airports; failing which the

blocked seat will be released to other guests checking in for their flight.

For all other domestic airports (India), collect your boarding pass with your preferred seat (blocked at the time of Tele Check-in), 40 minutes prior to departure.

Effective August 4, 2010, the Airport Check-in Counter will close 45 minutes prior to departure and the boarding gates will close 25 minutes prior to

departure, for all domestic Jet Airways and Jet Airways Konnect flights departing from the following 6 metro airports - Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru,

Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata. For all other domestic airports (India), the Airport Check-in Counter will close 30 minutes prior to flight departure and boarding gates will close

15 minutes prior to flight departure for all flights within India on Jet Airways and Jet Airways Konnect.

How to avail the upgrade facility?

The number of vouchers required for an upgrade per flight, is based on "Traveled Distance" concept with a minimum of 1 voucher per boarding pass. The

number of vouchers needed for an upgrade is directly proportional to the distance of the flight.

The voucher requirement for a one-way, one-cabin upgrade is as below:

At Reservations

Call Jet Airways Reservations up to 15 hours prior to Jet Airways flight departure

Provide the voucher number(s) and expiry date

If the seat is available, the upgrade will be confirmed immediately

If unavailable, the request will be listed for an upgrade at the airport

The relevant voucher(s) must be presented at the airport check-in on upgrade

Requests for listing can also be made 15 to 2 hours prior to flight departure (domestic - India) and 15 to 4 hours (international). However, there could be

occasions when Cabin/Special meal may not be available.

Check-in directly at the Jet Airways Première counter, a minimum of 45 minutes prior to departure for flights within India and 3 hours prior to departure

for international flights.

At the Airport

Request for an upgrade at the airport must be made at the check-in counter, before the Jet Airways flight closure.

If the seat is unavailable, the request will be placed on standby and will be subject to availability at the time of flight closure.

If the upgrade is confirmed, present relevant voucher(s) at check-in counter.

If the upgrade is listed, the seat will be confirmed subject to availability at the time of flight closure.

In case of listing, the seat could be available but the Cabin or Special meal may not be available.

Note:

Members will be liable for all taxes and other charges associated with travel on Jet Airways against upgrade vouchers - including without limitation,

airport departure tax, customs fines, immigration fees, airport charges, customer user fees, fuel surcharges, or any other incidental fees or taxes

charged by any person or relevant authority or body.

Departure Tax: Differential Airport Departure Tax will be applicable for upgraded travel in Première and First Class from London Heathrow against

upgrade vouchers and JPMiles Upgrade.

Kosher meal must be requested at least 48 hours prior to departure

Fish Sea Food meal must be requested at least 24 hours prior to departure

Other Special meals must be requested at least 12 hours prior to departure

Upgrade is a one-class upgrade only

Upgrade vouchers cannot be used against award tickets or wait-listed tickets. Also, these vouchers may not be used on promotional fares as

introduced by Jet Airways from time to time. Usage of upgrade vouchers in such cases will be as per terms and conditions applicable on the

specified fare.

Listing is not a confirmation of seat in the upgraded cabin

The upgrade is valid on a single, one-way, non-stop Jet Airways flight

Platinum members can use their upgrade vouchers on Y, M, T, L, N, Q, U, S, K, H, V, O, W and B classes of booking

All other members can use their upgrade vouchers only on Y, M, T, L, N, Q, U, S and K classes of booking

Upgrade vouchers cannot be used on G class of booking

Upgrade vouchers can be endorsed in favour of family and friends

Both elite tier and Jet Airways Citibank Credit Card upgrade vouchers can be used for an upgrade on domestic and international flights marketed

Additional Baggage Allowance on Jet Airways

On flights marketed and operated by Jet Airways and Jet Airways Konnect: JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold and Silver members enjoy additional baggage

allowance, as below:

JACC Cardholders who are also JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold or Silver members will receive the higher of the two additional baggage allowances and not a

cumulative total.

Note: Additional baggage allowance is not available on flights operated on ATR aircraft due to loading regulations and on code share flights

(i.e Jet Airways marketed and operated by a Partner Airline OR Partner Airline marketed and operated by Jet Airways).

On Airline Partners, Gulf Air and KLM: Platinum, Gold and Silver members can check in at Business or First Class counters, irrespective of class of travel.

Exclusively for JetPrivilege Platinum members on flights marketed and operated by Jet Airways and Jet Airways Konnect on domestic sectors within India.

The waiver includes cancellation charges levied on tickets issued against a revenue published fare towards:
