Mommy & Baby Pre and Postnatal FitnessThis program is designed for both the new mommy and mommy-to-be to help improve energy, fitness and stamina. Bond with your baby as you both benefit from exercises based on yoga poses, pilates core work and playful exercise.

Zumba™ “exercise in disguise”This is a fun and dynamic aerobic workout that combines fast and slow rhythms and resistance training to tone, sculpt your body and burn fat.

Tai Chi Easy™ Consists of classic and simple Qigong and takes five of the traditional movements from Tai Chi and does them in a stationary standing position, seated, or walking forms. It progresses to movements don e in such a way that they are repeated to create a set or form. Through these gentle movements relaxation, a positive attitude, and health benefits are promoted.

Family Fun with Food and FitnessThis program is designed for children ages 5-8 and their parents. It focuses on learning key nutrition concepts and making physical activity fun.

Yoga for KidsThis kid friendly program helps children channel energy into fitness fun while helping them to feel calm, confident and relaxed. Kid Yoga fundamentals are adapted for children 4-9 years old.

Fitness Classes at Your LocationIf your organization or business has an interest in having group fitness classes on site, we can provide these at a modest cost. We can accommodate a variety of group sizes, days and times. Classes are modified to all fitness levels so anyone can start at any time.

Personal training is also available for individuals, couples or small groups by certified personal trainers.
