This prestigious charity event, benefiting the American Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation, will feature a combination of challenging golf on the renowned ChampionsGate International Course and luxurious accommodations that will delight both golfer and nongolfer alike!
All tournament participants will receive a treat bag, golf shoes, and a sleeve of golf balls. Special prizes will await you on multiple holes, including contests for players at all levels and an automobile for the first hole-in-one. Tournament awards feature net prizes for golf flights.
The Tournament FormatThe Benefit will feature the Scramble format: a foursome playing with an LPGA touring professional. After the best drive is determined, each golfer will hit from that point and progress in this same manner until the ball is holed.

We are proud and grateful to announce that LPGA professional Suzy Whaley will return to coordinate an excellent pro player field and lead an invigorating pretournament clinic.

wildlife. In addition to superb walk-out golf from your accommodations, ChampionsGate is also the world headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
Participants’ Golf Practice RoundTo schedule a practice round at ChampionsGate, contact the Golf Shop at 407-787-4653, mention the American Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation tournament to receive reduced rates at specific time slots, and reserve by personal credit card. Don’t forget: reserve tee times in advance due to in-season demand. Participants who prefer to practice at one of the nearby local courses should contact the selected course.
Golf Course A memorable experience awaits you at this golfer’s paradise! ChampionsGate has been named among Golf World Readers’ Choice “Top 50 Resort Courses” and Condé Nast Traveler’s “Top 100 Golf Resorts in the World,” and is home to two world-class golf courses designed by internationally renowned golfer Greg Norman.
The tournament’s unique International Course is reminiscent of British Open-style golf, with fast running fairways, chipping and putting options from off the greens, and more than 160 bunkers—amidst natural marshes, wetlands, and plenty of Florida
