A Call for Signing the Memorandum of Agreement A private sector initiative for the target agencies cited to be engaged into the purpose of the project, as such, the proponent primary goal is to bring into their awareness the matter concerning their part that is deemed imperative. 2. Role of TESDA Lead-agency for the Benchmarking MOA towards the delivery of training grant for 500,000 BPAT members. 3. Role of TFTAC Initiate proposal for inter-agency MOA on BPAT training under UPTRAS and establishing the BPAT Social Enterprise. 4. Role of PNP Fulfill the policy role defined in the PNP MC 2015 – 009, in particular the creation of a Standard Training Program (STP). 5. Role of DILG Issuance and enforcement of Policy Memos with LGUs nationwide, ensuring delivery of provisions for the BPAT-BPO Peacekeeping Operation under PNP MC 2015- 009, DBM Joint Circular No. 2015-01 and DILG MC No. 2010-94. 6. Benchmarking a nationwide training program for BPAT Modelling a training program and actual application in pilot areas in leading to a laddered training program for BPAT/BPO with UPTRAS accreditation and TVET scholarship appropriation. 7. 7. In support to President’s War on Drugs, National Security, Public Safety

Fulfilling check and balance in the law enforcement and enforcing the BPAT Barangay Peacekeeping Operation being the citizens’ arm in fighting the drug menace, supporting national security and public safety.

8. Raising half million Force Multipliers

Enabling the 500,000 members of BPAT registered nationwide at a standard level defined in the law as force multipliers, an organization outside the government that perform public safety services in support to existing government public safety functions and programs.
