1 5 Lovely Lady Lexi claimed by Brown 2 back and he is 16% 2d off claim.Was actually a claim back as Brown was the trainer for many of this horse’s 6 wins last year. Drops a notch and Saez remains aboard. 1 Awesome Alana also drops a notch as finished just behind above LTO. A bit lite in the Beyer department but Cardenas has been warming up lately.

2 4 Voliero appeared winner LTO in a driving big effort only to be nailed on wire. Beyers improving in last 3 and Saez stays aboard for Maker. 7 Dreampoint finished just be-hind above LTO in a wide winner-like drive only to be outdriven by winner late. Jose stays aboard and 3yo has every right to improve on Beyers. 12 Noble Conquest ran up against a tuff 6/5 chalk winner LTO in a troubled trip. 3d place horse returned to win. 2d time at this level and litely raced 3yo can improve.

3 7 Kerik was set down at the 3/8 LTO while wide and quickly passed horses drawing away handily. Steps up to Nw3 but like that Irad stays aboard. 1 Extra Effort dueled winner til late LTO and was 2d best. Finished ahead of several others here. 2 Tender-ness won under a hand ride LTO in first race of the year. Steps up to Nw3 but coming back in 18 days.

4 1 Public Information broke Mdn LTO in a sparkling effort where made an eye-catching accelerated move at the 1/8 pole and drew away handily. Steps up to winners and Irad stays aboard. 8 K. K. Ichikawa was up close LTO and didn’t seem to show interest un-til closing very late. Will benefit from a likely stronger ride with switch to Joel for 2d start of the year. 3 Jarreau was beaten 2d by top choice 2 back and returned LTO to win ridden out.

5 6 Darn That Song broke a little slow in debut LTO and was slow to get going until the turn where flew along the rail. Was blocked by winner and briefly altered out but faded midstretch. Is the only horse with experience and ships from Prx along with rider Sil-vera. 2 Ready A.P. Clement is 20% with Fts 2yo on dirt. Saez rides. 1 Helens Spirit dam won 2yo debut and sire 15% fts.

6 6 Adele Kat returns to Mclm in 3lts. Just missed in debut vs. Mclm and shows a 65 and 66 Beyer in her 1st 2 starts. Like switch to Jose. 7 Know How showed speed vs. MSW and drops to Mclm while stretching out a furlong. Makes 3d start off layoff in 4lts. 8 Evidence Based was at the back of the pack LTO at CD before moving up smartly around far turn. Stayed inside and did not make up much ground in stretch but is dropping to Mclm today.

7 2 Mi Tres Por Ciento has won at this distance 4 times all in Chile. Won LTO at Aqu in Feb with a Beyer 96 and 2 he beat returned to win. Won first North American start off the layoff and Hernandez been aboard for his last 2 wins. 6 Town Classic dueled LTO and made a mild late gain. Last 2 Beyers in the 90s and drops for this. 4 Happy Farm got a perfect set up to win LTO but that is what Irad does. He stays aboard and re-mains in same class as LTO. 5 Clench claimed LTO by Rodriguez who is 26% last 5 years in that category. Steps up off an effort where jockey mistimed the close or oth-erwise might have won. Switch to Manny today.

8 4 Spungie LTO rode the rail, edged out in the stretch to lead and appeared winner be-fore getting caught late. Similar effort wins this. 3 Pandamom finished behind above LTO. Also rode rail, edged out to take aim but was empty in the stretch. Makes 3d af-ter layoff, adds blinkers and switch to Irad. 9 Big Al’s Gal was too far back LTO , ral-lied inside and found traffic and was briefly blocked. Jose stays aboard and will be fur-ther outside today.

9 2 Inspiration Point drops to Mclm in 4lts for Pletcher/Irad. Tries turf for 1st time but dirt Beyers very competitive here. 6 Bail Out is 0 for 22 lifetime but has been running high 60s beyers lately and capable of high 70s Beyers. LTO dueled and held on very well but was 2d best. 1 Hillard finished behind above LTO but was too far back before making a late mild close.
