Ultrasonic powder screening

The portable “CSS 100” powderscreening system from Telsonichas an ultrasonic screen whichoptimizes the pourability ofpowders and reduces theirtendency to sinter. The screen ismade of stainless steel and hasa mesh size of 140 μm, makingconstant screen cleaning with aconsistently high throughputpossible. Oversized particles areremoved and particles of dustand other specks of dirt from thesurrounding air are screened off.Compacted particles producedduring transportation or storage
