Discover a wide range of support in finding jobs or trainings offered by TE Office: work try-
out, pay subsidy, vocational labour market training, jobseeker’s independent study,
apprenticeship training and integration training.

Learn about the other financial assistance programs offered by the government and
the city to help you find a job
o Pay subsidy TE Office can grant an employer to cover pay costs of an unemployed
person.
o Business Finland Talent Explorer for companies to hire an expert to support
international operations.
o City of Tampere can support a company with 600 €/month for a 6 month period when
hiring an unemployed international jobseeker (the jobseeker has to meet certain

Skills Centre offers guidance for job seekers in Tampere with an immigrant background (Finnish
nationality or residence permit is required).
