From the Girvan distillery in South Ayreshire near the Ailsa Craig rock which sits in the Firth of Clyde 48.9% ABV. Classic sweet notes. Gorgeous butter-toffee, undercurrents of waffles drizzled in syrup??? Not over malty, quite nutty though, ground almonds,

heather honey. A new whisky quite bold and different.
