OBJECTIVE
Help in converting more innovation andresearch of UI’s students and academic staffmembers into business opportunities
Encourage young, technology-basedentrepreneurs to become the generation ofjob creators
Improve the number of startup companies createdby the students and academic staff members alikethat will also boost the university’s role in increasing the number of employment and, likewise, reducing the number of unemployment.
Improve the mangament skill of the startups

BEEHIVE STARTUP ACCELERATOR Main Activities
Recruit Prospective Startups
Conducting face-to-face and online disseminations to prospective participants who are all UI academics and
scholars. The next stage is to conduct startup selection.
Develop a specific business plan for
every startup
Providing assistance in making business plans for startups that have passed the selection.
Support the Innovative Technology
ImplementationProviding assistance to startups in terms of technology readiness, product development and market validation.
Mentor the startups
Mentoring by professional businesspersons given to startups according to their respective business needs.
Providing Access to
Market
Providing market access to startups, one of them is by including startups in business fairs. In addition, this program provides
assistance to startups who need consultation and negotiation assistance related to approaches to prospective customers.
Facilitation to Financial Institution
Become an intermediary for startups to get fundings from financial institutions
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
• PROPOSING TEAM
Proposing team is a business team consisted of three (3) to five (5) people. The group should have an
active UI student as the main applicant (primary person who applies for the program) and an academic
staff member (lecturer) as a mentor and/or the innovation owner. The details are as follows:
Main applicant
• Main applicant must be an active UI student. Other applicants on the sameteam (team members) can be UI students and/or alumni.
• Main applicant must be at least in their fourth (4th) semester at the time of submitting proposal for those who are in undergraduate and vocational programmes, and in the second (2nd) semester for those who are in the post graduate programme.
• Main applicant does not have to be theinnovation product owner
Team members
• Team members could be consisted ofUI students and/or alumni
• Team members must be at least in their fourth (4th) semester for undergraduate and vacational students, and second semester for the post graduate students
• Team members could be from the same department and/or from different faculties/departments. The later is more prefferable
• Team members may be involved withtwo (2) different business proposals, but if both proposals pass the selectionprocess, the respective person shouldremove himself/herself from one of thebusiness idea proposals
Academic staff members (lecturers) as inventors
• Interested academic staff membersmust create a team consisting UI students and/or alumni
• Interested academics must appoint an UI student as the Main applicant:
• Students as team members must be at least in their fourth (4th) semester for undergraduate and vacational students, and second semester for the post graduate students
• The team must consist a minimum of three (3) people and a maximum of five (5) people
• Academic staff members act as Mentor and may not be directly involved withthe proposed business’ management
• Academic staff members can signwritten agreements with the designatedprimary applicants regarding the use ofproposed innovation products

Each team submitting a proposal must be accompanied by a lecturer as a mentor with the following
conditions:
Lecturer as a mentors
• The lecturer is a tenured employee
• The lecturer holds a minimum of master’s degree in sciences/business/technology or a discipline relative to the proposed businessidea
• The lecturer acts as a technology mentor / business mentor from the proposing team
• The lecturer is not allowed to be directly involved in the business management structure as director or manager;
• The lecturer can become a mentor for maximum of three business groups

• The proposed product already has a prototype ready for mass production

• Willing to register Intellectual Property Rights for
the proposed product on behalf of the
Universitas Indonesia.
SELECTION OF GRANT PROPOSALS
The selection of BEEHIVE Startup Accelerator Programmeproposals is carried out administratively, substantively and thepresentation held by DIIB UI by involving an independent judgesfrom professionals.
Substantive reviews from the independent judges use theassessment form to assess the substance feasibility of eachproposed proposal.
Announcement of BEEHIVE Startup Accelerator Programmeparticipants will be officially informed through the DIIB UI websiteand the research manager in all faculties and team leader email.

Sakubi is an information system
for regional revenues that is used
by regional governments for the
tourism sector. With this program,
the Regional Government
(Pemda) can monitor regional
revenues from hotel and
restaurant industry in real time. It
aims to make the sistem
tranparant and minimize the
discrepancy. To pursue the target
of Local Revenue (PAD), some
local governments have made
local taxes (hotels and
restaurants) online through the
addition of taping machines on
their registration cash devices.
Adding this tapping machine to
the cash register or computer will
send transaction data to the local
government server.
Mentoria Indonesia is a digital-
based educational platform that
aims to help young people learn
based on their interests and
talents appropriately. We also
develop applications to order
teachers in real time and also
utilize artificial intelligence to
create effective learning with
personalized learning methods.
This method allows us to know
what lessons have not been
mastered by users so that we
can deliver the right content to
suit their needs. We collaborate
with various hangouts such as
cafes and the like, where the
majority of young people are
found studying, in order to be
able to support the culture of
young people today where they

essence dan 50% alcohol. Essence yang ada di susun dari 3 lapisan bahan alam yang aromanya menyatu membuatn
